The website was easy to use. I had many designers competing for the vision I expressed and wonderful potential book covers. It was difficult to choose because so many were great. I was able to give feed back to individual artists and they listened and made the necessary changes.
Review of wayfair
I ordered a bed for a guest room weeks in advance to allow for plenty of time for delivery before it would be needed by visitors. The first delivery date comes and the delivery/assembly (white glove) shows up and they are missing pieces (I’m told they are missing the bolts to assemble). I speak with a Wayfair customer service agent who has little concern at all for my situation but does tell me they should be able to get the needed parts and deliver the bed the next week. Since I planned with a couple weeks to spare before the bed was needed this was an inconvenience but not the end of the world. Today the delivery/assembly team shows up (without the 30 minute advance call that they are supposed to provide) but indicates that now they don’t have the headboard for the bed. I talk to customer service again and am told they will need to reorder the headboard and it will be over a week until it can be delivered. I explained that I really need the bed in the next 5 days and ask if there is anything they can do to expedite the resolution to this issue since it is the second time they have made a mistake on their end. Again, customer service wasn’t even nice about it. In the end I just cancelled the order. At this point the unsuccessful deliveries have wasted 2 days of my time. Wayfair’s customer service offered nothing to ‘make it right’. I’ve used Wayfair many times over the last 4 years but the service has consistently gotten worse. I have a cart full of other furniture items that I was about to order but I think I’m going to look elsewhere after this frustrating experience.
Review of victoriassecret
I usually read reviews before ordering anything online but as Victoria’s Secret is supposedly a reputable company, I didn’t and regret that now. I placed an order on a Saturday for a delivery the following day. Although I received an order confirmation, there was no customer number or order number included in the email. The information was very sparse. I eventually received a second email on Sunday confirming my order was out for delivery and to expect it between a specific timeframe. There was also a Track Your Order link in the email but when clicking on it, nothing happened. When my order did not arrive by 4:30pm as stated on the email, I called customer services who told me delivery had been attempted but unsuccessful. This was a lie as I had been at home all day. I was then told my order would be delivered within 24 hours. I then received another email from VS with an update that they HOPED my order would be delivered within 24-48 hours. I contacted VS again and cancelled my order as I had placed the order for a Sunday delivery for a specific purpose. As I had used PayPal to pay for my order, I raised a case to ensure I would get my money back. I have now received a notification from VS confirming my refund yet they are not refunding me for the delivery fee for a product I never received. Again, the email confirmation I have received does not include any reference to an order number etc. I will now need need to contact them again to claim a refund for the delivery fee as my order was cancelled and not returned as they stated in their email. I am not sure what has happened with VS. I have shopped in store both in the US and UK and the last time I ordered from them was through their US website but didn’t have any issues. This was a couple of years ago but I would not have expected VS online in the UK would be this bad. Working for a major retailer myself, I know how important good customer service is for success and VS has on this occasion failed miserably. VS is a huge retailer that has been successful over many years, but if they continue to sell products of poor quality and/or don’t meet customers expectations they won’t survive as consumers no longer remain loyal to a brand/name alone. If they don’t get there expectations met, they just move on to a company who actually care about their customers.

I donated to Muslim Hands, trusting it was a reliable and ethical Islamic charity. Sadly, my experience was deeply disappointing and frustrating. On 14 March, a payment of £190 was taken twice from my account in error. I contacted them immediately with clear proof. I spoke to a staff member named Wasim, who said they would investigate. After that, complete silence. As of 6 April, despite four emails from me and additional emails from my daughter, we received no proper response.Worse, my youngest daughter made 10 phone calls to the Nottingham office — each time she was told no manager was available and someone would call back. No one ever did. Eventually, they lied and said they tried calling me, but I had never even given them my phone number. If they couldn’t reach me, why didn’t they reply to my emails?Meanwhile, they kept my £190 sitting in their accounts. Not a single person at Muslim Hands showed the decency or urgency to resolve the matter. All this during Ramadan, when the money was meant for my children's Sadaqah Jariyah. From a legal standpoint, this delay has breach the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I had to prepare a chargeback request through Visa and consider escalating it to the Financial Ombudsman Service for mishandling funds and failure to respond.More importantly, from an Islamic perspective, their behaviour went completely against the values of Amanah (trust) and Adl (justice). The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught us to give people their due without delay — yet this charity withheld my rightful money with no proper communication.I also purchased two tube wells for my children as Sadaqah Jariyah. , but I will not be requesting photos or updates. I have completely lost trust in Muslim Hands and will never donate again. To anyone considering donating to Muslim Hands: Think very carefully. Based on my experience, they show a lack of accountability, poor communication, and a serious failure to meet both legal and Islamic ethical standards.Update: On 17 April, after four weeks, the £190 was finally credited back into my account — but only after repeated pressure, not because of their honesty or professionalism.Muslim Hands — taking money with both hands, but ignoring responsibility when it matters most. Extremely disappointed.

I referred a colleague to QuickBooks 8 months ago through their referral program, which clearly promised an Amazon voucher for both parties if the new customer remained for at least 3 months. My colleague has been a paying customer for over 8 months now, and neither of us has received the promised reward.I first called QuickBooks about 6 weeks ago and was told the issue would be escalated. I followed up by email a few days later but received no response. Since then, I’ve called and emailed at least six more times. Each time I’m told it’s still being escalated or that a supervisor will call me back – which has never happened. It’s incredibly frustrating to be strung along like this with no clear resolution, acknowledgement, or accountability. The lack of communication and follow-through from QuickBooks has been deeply disappointing. If you're considering referring someone, I’d think twice – this experience has made me lose trust in their promotional promises.

I booked 2 weeks in advance for a stay at the Holiday inn IHG, in Lincoln, then realised i had booked the wrong week so immediately asked for the booking to be moved to the 3rd or 4th week of the month. Both the hotel and booking.com said "No" because I had booked through booking.com and the hotel would not change the dates as it is company policy. So now I am going to drive a 400 mile round trip to stay in the hotel and then have to go back to Lincoln the following week to conclude my business trip..........BUT......NEVER again will I stay in a IHG hotel.........and also, next time I want to stay somewhere I will ring the hotel directly to compare prices as it seems to me that I am in the middle of some hostility between IHG and Booking.com because my room was £10 cheaper through booking.com.
Review of amazon
Amazon won't allow honest reviews. If you have a problem with a seller's delivery, you can't mention it. If you wished they offered overnight delivery for a certain seller, you can't mention it. If your live plants arrive almost dead because they were in the mail for over two weeks, you can't mention your disappointment. Amazon is running a dishonest review system like a scam company. I buy every month from Amazon. I'm looking for a replacement supplier.

That sounds like an exceptional shopping experience! It’s really refreshing when someone goes above and beyond in customer service, especially in a high-traffic location like the High Street Kensington Uniqlo. It’s interesting that you’ve noticed the difference compared to Oxford Street – sometimes smaller stores can offer a more personal touch, but it’s clear Priyanka truly made the difference. The fact that she not only assisted with your purchase but also helped you navigate the app and provided such detailed service really goes to show her dedication. It’s great that you found the app useful too – it’s one of those things that can be overlooked but really adds convenience. Uniqlo may be known for its affordable basics, but with experiences like that, they’re certainly showing they value their customers as much as the product.I imagine it was a nice surprise to receive such attentive service in a bustling shop.

They are as useful as a chocolate teapot.I had a player wishing every Jewish person and lgbt+ person dead, sending me messages of very graphic ways he wanted to kill them so I reported it.... They didn't get into trouble yet I got a 7 day suspension because apparently calling someone homophobic is "Hate speech".When you try and talk to customer service all you get is "This is how you report a player" and "This is how you block a player"Absolutely useless

I'm not even a customer of them yet but already super impressed by the professional consultation I received when I reached out with some presale questions. I spoke with 2 different agents and they're all extremely helpful and patient with my beginner questions. I'm not sure how good the hosting service will be but their team definitely deserve a recognition for their customer service.
