I purchased an Adidas jersey from an authorized store in Madrid, and I must say I am extremely disappointed—both with the quality of the product and the customer service. After only 2-3 wears, the emblems completely peeled off. This is unacceptable for a brand like Adidas, especially when compared to a Nike jersey I’ve been using for 2-3 years, which still looks as good as new. As for the store in Madrid, the experience was even worse. I sent multiple emails regarding the issue but received no response. Online customer support was equally unhelpful—they told me I have to physically visit the store in Madrid to resolve the issue. Since I live in Croatia and purchased the jersey during a trip, this is simply not feasible. This lack of accountability and the poor quality of the product has completely put me off from buying Adidas products in the future. I expected much better from a brand of this stature.It’s company policy, they wrote me

I have had no problem in receiving my funds into my bank before but my last two payouts are marked completed by the site when I have NOT even received them! I’m so upset. I have filed multiple emails to the staff so I really hope they will help me get my money back. I will post here again if I don’t get an answer from them.EDIT : the team replied below saying there’s an issue with my bank account and the payout request was cancelled. Then WHY is the status on your payment page says COMPLETED ?! ALSO all the previous payouts have faced no issue with my bank so it all just seems so off??

Our tickets were a great price and we were offered the ability to pay for them over time. We had great seats for the game and our hotel was within walking distance right across the street from the stadium. We can't wait to go to another game or concert and getting our tickets from seat geek.
