I purchased an Adidas jersey from an authorized store in Madrid, and I must say I am extremely disappointed—both with the quality of the product and the customer service. After only 2-3 wears, the emblems completely peeled off. This is unacceptable for a brand like Adidas, especially when compared to a Nike jersey I’ve been using for 2-3 years, which still looks as good as new. As for the store in Madrid, the experience was even worse. I sent multiple emails regarding the issue but received no response. Online customer support was equally unhelpful—they told me I have to physically visit the store in Madrid to resolve the issue. Since I live in Croatia and purchased the jersey during a trip, this is simply not feasible. This lack of accountability and the poor quality of the product has completely put me off from buying Adidas products in the future.
