I have had no problem in receiving my funds into my bank before but my last two payouts are marked completed by the site when I have NOT even received them! I’m so upset. I have filed multiple emails to the staff so I really hope they will help me get my money back. I will post here again if I don’t get an answer from them.EDIT : the team replied below saying there’s an issue with my bank account and the payout request was cancelled. Then WHY is the status on your payment page says COMPLETED ?! ALSO all the previous payouts have faced no issue with my bank so it all just seems so off??
