We booked a hotel room they took out payment nearly £200 two seconds later we received an email to say booking cancelled as no rooms available. We would have to wait 7 plus days for refund of payment. I called their customer services on hold for 20 mins spoke to adviser then cut off. Rang again another 20minute wait their adviser said they would look into it I was put on hold. She then came back and claimed she couldn’t hear me and cut me off yet againHow can they take payment before checking rooms availability. Incidentally rooms were available through hotels own websiteA total joke

First my email address was hacked then I changed the primary email, then I noticed they changed it back to the old primary email. Which I asked them to remove the old email from my account which they never did.My wi-fi on my pc is 2.4 when it is supposed to be 5ghz.I received a duplicate phone number however, the business that I received the duplicate number changed their number after I contacted them. They do not like to respond by email to complaints they prefer to call and then it's your word against theirs. I am not interested in going to another company, they should just fix the issues and try to keep their especially long-time customers. Now, I do not want Fiber, I am satisfied with the service I have now. Well, I received a notice that they are charging $5.00 more for internet, and I do not have Fiber. No excuse for the increase. The service was hacked, and they sent out a letter informing the customers, now they want to increase the internet service. Not good customer service from At&t.My former router modem which I received was not refurbished it still had old customers information such as parent child safety which kept me from making changes to router modem, so I just sent it back and received a replacement.What are they doing to retain their customer's?No Senior citizen discounts. lolJust expect better from them especially since my bills are up to date not that it makes a difference.Well, I will be checking out other internet services as of now!

I am currently attempting to sell my home and have encountered significant issues with Zillow's listing service. Recently, we decided to remove certain outdated pictures from our MLS listing to better present our property. However, despite these changes being made three days ago, Zillow still showcases these old pictures, inaccurately representing our home.I have tried reaching out to Zillow's customer support for help in resolving this issue but have not received any response. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and undermines our efforts to effectively market our home. For a platform that is supposed to be a leader in real estate listings, this delay and poor customer service are unacceptable.This experience has been disheartening and has significantly impacted my confidence in Zillow's effectiveness and reliability. Potential buyers are not seeing the most accurate version of our listing, which could affect their interest negatively.

As others here have written. They make it almost impossible to cancel your subscription. Trying to cancel my online subscription I had to phone international numbers that did not work. Calling from skype I just got call failed messages. I was also unable to call these numbers from my regular mobile. I ended up having to cancel my credit card to stop the payments. Do not sign up to a WSJ subscription if you think you ever might want to cancel it.

Such a nice surprise! The website is really easy to use, you get a lot of features for free and I didn't struggle once with building my first form.The web designers should be congratulated - it's really satisfying to use a website that not only works very well from a development perspective, but it also looks so great. Usually stylish sites such as this can be pretty hard to navigate. I plan on using Typeform a lot going forward simply because they have obviously put a lot of effort into making the first user journey as easy as possible. Lovely surprise - kudos guys!

If you are already signed up to Songkick, it's really convenient to buy tickets through the site as they will email to let you know when your favourite bands are playing and include links to the ticket shop. I've found that they sometimes have tickets that are sold out elsewhere too, which is great.
Best of all, the process feels transparent and honest, and I don't come away feeling completely ripped off as I do with other ticketing companies.
I just hope they don't change things!

Shutterstock takes 85% of the money that a user pays for a clip - 85% - when the person who made that clip had to use their own resources, talent, gas, gear, and time in order to capture the footage. Highway robbery. In any other industry, Shutterstock would make 15% commission as the artist’s agent. Disgusting model.

This saved me a whole lot of time and trouble. Since changing from Windows to Mac, I've found that Mac is great but far from perfect. And I have a few apps that can't be used on Mac. Parallels have enabled me to have the best of both worlds, and more seamlessly than I expected. I certainly don't miss those onerous, time consuming and unreliable Windows updates. AND Parallels works brilliantly on my Mac mini with the Apple M1 chip. THANK YOU!!

I ordered a pack of hearing aid batteries from Amazon on May12/25. I have yet to receive them via Canada Post . Instead Amazon used Purolator , a very useless division of Canada Post who delivered them to a general store 25 kilometers called Huberdeau . Neither Purolator or Amazon advised me of this even though they have my phone # and email address.In addition the store location they listed is in a town was another 10 kilometers form Hubedreau away which again is incorrect which they still list as Boileau The package size i 4"x1.3/4"x2". For the last 5 purchases this small package was always put in my mail box.So Mr. BEDDOS your company is NOW TOAST
