Ordered 13 items, paid through PayPal and they took my money before confirming my order. I never received my order number or a confirmation from Temu. Had to go through the robotic customer service(took over 1hr), they never found my order. I tried calling and a live person is only available in USA, I’m in Canada. Please, please never order from Temu. They are scammers. I lost my money.

Buy loads of things from Temu and I have rarely been let down ...if I have the customer service team are quick to respond and refund very often without having to send the item back! I have purchased everything from clothes ti homeware and rarely have a problem

Klaviyo has been generally so much easier to use than other email platforms I've worked with. Their analytics are useful and easy to understand without much effort so I can tell we've had a good ROI. Perhaps the only downside is my ability to make my emails look as legit as their examples. When I use my own template it looks plain but when I use their templates it's hard to get it to look consistently like my brand.

A rubish service. Never use again. Book hotel room in dubai a week in advance and pay £101.5. I get booking confirmation. When i reach Dubai i received email that room has been cancelled. The payment return was £97.0. I have to rent other room urgently on high price. Not recommend to use.

Not great and no support. There are two voices on the app. Males and female. The male voice speaks so quickly it’s hard to distinguish words. For listening exercises only one word is ever actually said. The rest are silent. There’s no support and no one to address issues. I’d love a refund as I was just charged for another year before I could cancel.

Ordered Nov 27 and still not shipped. I have followed up a couple of times to be told there are shipping delays due to “strong seasonal demand”. So very disappointing. If they were aware there was “strong seasonal demand” preventing timely fulfillment of orders, they should have been advising customers at the time they placed their orders, especially around Christmas. Oh wait, then they would lose business and their stock price would fall.I do all of my Christmas shopping on-line and this is the first item I ordered and the only item I haven’t received…not only not received, it hasn’t even shipped! Yet I imagine other retailers are also facing “strong seasonal demand” at this time of year. This is a terrible customer experience, and I now see from other on-line commenters here that this appears to be their standard business model. To add insult to injury, today I received an email request to rate my purchase for an item I haven’t received. So what now? I guess I have to decide on another Christmas gift, go battle the retail crowds, then go through in inconvenient return process once the damn things ship. I don’t care how popular the product is, Crocs brand is terrible. I was going to order a new pair for myself after the holidays but I will find some other brand to support.

Do not order or return online!!!!I returned a 2 dresses, weeks ago, I was refunded for 1 and the other has ‘vanished’. I spoke to customer services 4/5 times, at one point they lied to me and said the refund was initiated and I would receive an email confirming in 24-48 hours. Never did….Another chat and I’m sure they are all bots??? They don’t read the messages. It’s so frustrating, I have repeated messages non stop as they don’t read them or understand? They are a thieving company with terrible customer service.

Not only did the very helpful agent take care of getting a refund for me started but she also took care of getting the right part that I needed and made certain that everything was just right. I don't believe I've ever been treated with such care. You all are very special and I thank you!

Honestly I wish there was an option for zero stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM MACYS. I placed an order #2049132270 on July 13th that included four items. I received part of the order on July 15th which was one set of queen sheets (I ordered TWO sets of those queen sheets.) The receipt in the package says it included both sets of sheets, the tracking online stated two items were delivered and I was charged. The locker it was delivered in can only in fact hold one set of sheets, it’s not very big. I have been calling customer service for two days, there is no option to speak to an actual person and the pre recorded options do not help. I’ve sent an email, posted on Facebook and sent a private FB message. At this point it feels like money down the drain and they robbed me. Pretty disappointed.

Shameful!Recently I've spent over £200 with Logitech recently as well has having bought products from them before, I experienced a few issues with their MX Master 3 so got in touch with customer support, after going back and forth a few times they offered a replacement which was also faulty (I think it is a software fault). Since 'escalating' the case to their technicians they have ignored my communications, as of writing this I have send customer support 7 emails of which none have been answered, telephoned their office and was told I would receive a call. I never did. I also reached out to them on Instagram where I finally received a response which was in essence 'we will get someone to get back to you'. They never did. However they do seam to have the time to remove my comments on their Instagram posts rather than actually respond to me and sort out this issue. To top this I've emailed their MD twice and have not received a reply.A real shame because some of their products are really good.
