I am an experienced IT user. Making a deposit using SWIFT is impossible because "this SWIFT/BIC has not been set up to accept wire transfers". There is no way one can contact customer support to ask what can be done.I then deleted the account by mistake and tried to set up a new account, but this is impossible because your email address is still active even after deleting the account. I did not remember the password, and although the system claims an email will be sent so that you can reset your password, the email never arrives. Once again, there is no way of contacting any type of customer support.I did receive a reply from Kraken, but it seems they still don't get it. I need their system to send me an email to be able to reset the password. This issue is not addressed in their reply. They give me some links, all of which I had already tried. Would you trust a company you cannot get in touch with, with your funds? Think about this before trading through this platform.They suggest that you can post your problem on social media, and they will guide you on how to proceed. Don't they realise not everybody uses social media?
