I saw a gig I wanted to attend, tickets not on sale yet and couldn’t see the date when they would go on sale.I decided to sign up for notification when they go on sale.The notification came through almost 2 hours after the tickets sold out, completely useless.Use other means to find out when tickets go on sale!

The latest version is a massive downgrade and disappointment compared to the version it replaced. For example "My News" isn't sortable to show the latest news across the categories you want and the "Most Popular" tab has been taken away. Why has this been done ? Has the BBC been told to limit its news output in the lead up to the next election ?

Customer service was absolutely horrid to deal with. I called and spoke to Joshua at approximately 4:40 PM EST. I informed him that I wanted to cancel my subscription.Instead, he informed me that WSJ does not cancel subscriptions; that he could only change my date of 'subscription renewal'. I told him to stop giving me the runaround, but her persisted to not help me and, instead give me the option to either continue my subscription or possibly change to another subscription type. This phone call went on like this for 20 minutes back and forth. I asked for his name so that I could report him and he would not give me this at first either. Afterward, he told me there was a survey at the end of the call which I was going to stay on the line for, but he hung up the phone on me immediately after to not get a bad review.Joshua was absolutely terrible. I called back the customer service number and informed the lady of my needs and she helped me cancel my subscription immediately.I will never come back and will never recommend this service to anyone.

Need a specific refund, the only way to get it is by going through live chat.The problem? Absolutely no response, been trying for the past 4 days, every day after work. Says can you hold for 10 minutes to transfer to an agent. And you get absolutely nowhere.No alternatives at all beyond going to the forum. It's disgusting they don't have a phone number or a simpler way to ask for a refund when your ps+ subscription was auto renewed.

Nothing good to say about this shower, they're one of those companies who make it very easy to sign up and very difficult to cancel. I'm also pretty certain they turned auto-renewal from off to on on at least one occasion. Why can't these people just respect their customers and play fair?

I just got reimbursed by AVG in full. I am impressed. I didn't expect them to handle my issue so quickly. I rated it a one star and now I'm changing it to three stars instead. I still didn't appreciate being charged since I have not used their product in years. But at least they did the right thing.

Got a notification this morning saying all my private personal pictures were getting traction on Google maps. I was surprised because I never gave permission to this. Clicked the notification to see ALL MY PRIVATE PERSONAL PICTURES IN MY CAMERA ROLL ON DIRTY GOOGLE FOR THE WORLD TO SEE! My home address and everything on it. 50k views of my damn pictures because of this stupid company! I am highly upset. I should've been paid for this stupid ish! DO BETTER!
