Customer service was absolutely horrid to deal with. I called and spoke to Joshua at approximately 4:40 PM EST. I informed him that I wanted to cancel my subscription.Instead, he informed me that WSJ does not cancel subscriptions; that he could only change my date of 'subscription renewal'. I told him to stop giving me the runaround, but her persisted to not help me and, instead give me the option to either continue my subscription or possibly change to another subscription type. This phone call went on like this for 20 minutes back and forth. I asked for his name so that I could report him and he would not give me this at first either. Afterward, he told me there was a survey at the end of the call which I was going to stay on the line for, but he hung up the phone on me immediately after to not get a bad review.Joshua was absolutely terrible. I called back the customer service number and informed the lady of my needs and she helped me cancel my subscription immediately.I will never come back and will never recommend this service to anyone.
