Lack of response from appalling Customer Support

Need a specific refund, the only way to get it is by going through live chat.The problem? Absolutely no response, been trying for the past 4 days, every day after work. Says can you hold for 10 minutes to transfer to an agent. And you get absolutely nowhere.No alternatives at all beyond going to the forum. It's disgusting they don't have a phone number or a simpler way to ask for a refund when your ps+ subscription was auto renewed.
