Sorry asos you really have given a bad service - I have been trying for 10 days to get a returns label which as I bought from you but it was despatched from north face I cannot get a label automaticallyEach time I speak in chat (the only method I can use) it is like I have never contacted u before and I have to start againI am now contacting my bank to ask for assistance - I will never ever ever use your company once this nightmare is resolved I have purchased another item which cost nearly £300 as it was a Christmas present and didn’t want it being out of stock - so I’ve purchased two and am broke as I’ve now spent almost £600 - and still not had a label to return the faulty one to get my refund -

Not surprised to find one star rating with the attitude of staff and emails they send out to customer. Following merger with Expedia and hotel.com they have been blocking account with high Keycredit to save money. When you book hotel they claim you have violated the T&C and block your account and cancel your booking. Cheap people! Avoid booking with this cowboys!

I had a vivofit , the band was worn, I called to order a new one. Wait time to get an agent over 20 minutes. The order was placed and 7 days later it had not arrived. Placed a call to customer service. Three times call was cancelled. Once I was warned the wait time woulld be over 15 minutes. STRIKE ONEI sent an email outlining the issue and to cancel the order for bands. I received a return email stating that I would get an answer in 3 business days.STRIKE TWOI went to the website to look up the item via customer service and my device could not be found in drop downs and you cannot comment without naming the device.STRIKE THREEThe device worked (very poor quality band), but the customer service is soo very very poor, you should consider carefully buying form Garmin.

A company I once really enjoyed driving for. We beat up our vehicles for mere dollars. It's very disappointing when you get a rather large order for practically no pay & then it goes 10 miles & your lucky to see $6-8 for delivering it. And many customers don't seem to realize we hardly make anything to bring them their food. Come on people do better. You can tip us after the delivery or at the door. Oh & I'm one of the few good guys out there doing this to have a few bucks in my pocket. Oftentimes it's the stores that mess up orders not drivers. I've yet in almost 6yrs delivered to wrong address. I had someone give a complaint because the store sloppily bagged their food. I'm always careful. Don't always blame your driver. D.D. do better for base pay. 🙄
