I had a vivofit , the band was worn, I called to order a new one. Wait time to get an agent over 20 minutes. The order was placed and 7 days later it had not arrived. Placed a call to customer service. Three times call was cancelled. Once I was warned the wait time woulld be over 15 minutes. STRIKE ONEI sent an email outlining the issue and to cancel the order for bands. I received a return email stating that I would get an answer in 3 business days.STRIKE TWOI went to the website to look up the item via customer service and my device could not be found in drop downs and you cannot comment without naming the device.STRIKE THREEThe device worked (very poor quality band), but the customer service is soo very very poor, you should consider carefully buying form Garmin.
