Recently they put the prepatch in and instanced quest mobs are not killable..you simply can't damage them unless your lever 70. I sent in a bug report..3 days later an automated reply says drop the quest then retry it which I did..wait 3 more days and a gm reply's ,drop the quest and retry it and closed the ticket..what I learned was Blizzard has NO customer service,none at all.i will never send in another ticket ,will never report a gang of 25 druid bots completely destroying a camp,Blizzard doesn't care ,I don't care.and I am not spending $50 on the next expansion.

My gift card was damaged and when I asked for a replacement for the remaining balance, I was asked to proved my identity by providing a government ID (not happening with strangers on a phone), proof of receipt of the purchase, and proof of address. I got the ID waived after speaking to a supervisor. Then the email address goes thru so many servers ("HOP count exceeded) to get to the country of origin that the email is not accepted. Pretty hard to deal with a company that doesn't accept your evidence at their email address. SCAM!!! I reported it to the business where I purchased it and will tell everyone I know not to buy them.

Like everyone else is saying, terrible customer service. We received outdoor furniture and it was told to us at the store and on the website that it was rust free. After taking the time to set it up and get it onto our brand new trex deck. In less than two weeks the chairs were rusting and leaking rust all over our deck. I have called customer service 5 times now and finally was elevated to an account manager. Each time I called they apologized and told FedEx ground would come get the products. They would provide boxes and if the items didn’t fit, they would still be taken and then I would receive my refund. However, after continuing to be put off. I contacted FedEx. They cannot provide the boxes for the items and they cannot take them without a box. So basically I’m out of luck for over a $1000 of rusting product. They can’t do anything but they really want to help and appreciate my patience. Time to call the attorney general.

I wish I could rate negative. We spent 3 days debugging and we are covered under warranty. Everytime asked to do same thing. These guys should be taken to court. One issue and we were created multiple case numbers and closed without resolving There printers are rubbish and subscription is even worseEach time we got told it’s our network issue. When we have 15 other devices connected and working This printer throws only errors and prints randomly when it wants or won’t print at all

Arron from the Newegg Reddit team was amazing, I bought a 5800x3d, and for some reason from me looking at it in the morning to me buying it in the evening the price match label got removed!So when I bought it planning to price match Amazon afterwards the website wouldn't allow me to, and I was really worried that it might ship out before I could talk to a customer support agent to know because if they couldn't do that I would cancel it yada yada yada. I heard good things about neweggs reddit support so I reached out over reddit's messaging system, and next morning got a message! Aaron was on the other end to quickly help me and price match with a newgg gift card (expiry in one year for anyone wondering).Stellar support and Aaron was super courteous and awesome when replying, even when I spectacularly failed to do math twice in a row!Big ups, definitely feels good knowing I can talk to someone who knows what they're doing!
