Nor is very professional and passionate in what she does. She put an extra effort to make sure that the guest like me will be happy and satisfied with my visit in costa Stretford. She have a very positive attitude and very Polite which I love most. She is very approachable and welcoming person. She is truly a shinning star and a true credit in Costa Coffee.
