The availability status of items on the website and ordering process needs work. I ordered an item that showed as in stock at the store for pickup within 2 hours. I then get an email with a tracking number saying it was shipped and would be at the store next week, too late for my needs. The website should have never shown it as being in stock at the store. And since it really wasn't, I should've been contacted to see if I still wanted it before shipping it. I chatted with an online agent and was told I have to call the store for them to take care of it, so now that's more time I have to waste on this issue that could've been prevented.EDIT: updated to 3-stars because Guitar Center as a whole is great and I appreciate they're still brick & mortar. The 1-star was just for this specific issue & experience but I'd still recommend GC for your musical needs.

Worst ticketing experience I have ever encountered in my entire life. Impossible to login, can’t access tickets, every time I’ve gone on this site I’ve wasted upwards of an hour trying to navigate it. Have never had a problem like this on any other site. Vendors should dump Eventbrite if they want people to attend their events.

the worst experience with at&t in home services. I had an internet with at&t and my wireless service was through Verizon which I was so happy with until at&t came to my house on March 8th asking us if we are welling to switch our service to at&t and giving us all kind of promotion, I told the sales I have still installment on my phones from verizon which total of $1498. So he told me the company will pay you to cover the remaining balance as gift card and you can take it to Verizon. So I told him as long I'm not paying extra money from my pocket I will go ahead and transfer. He asked us what we need phones and we asked for s 25 ultra. He came back the 2nd day to my house and started to do the transfer from Verizon to at&t, I asked do i need to remove my auto pay from Verizon so they dont take money from me next month? He said you can do it after we transfer the numbers!!! I said as long you are sure its fine. Then after finishing transferring the service he handed the new phones to us, to discover that they brought us the wrong phones!! I was unhappy with this mistake, so he called the director of in home service Sam Abouali from Renoysburg location to sort this out, so Sam told him I have to come to their house the next day to override the transaction and get them their phones they asked for.The third day Sam was supposed to come 430pm he came one hour late and when we called him after an hour where are you, he said I might make it tomorrow!! I told him you need to come today as agreed and we need our phones because its not excaptable at all to stay with no phones and you already canceled my Verizon service.So he came to my house and stayed over 2 hours trying to fix the problem and of course his laptop wasn't charged so he needed to charge it at my house.I went through all the promotion they promised and asked him specifically about my bill with Verizon the $1498. He said will give you gift card to pay it. Last week I received a bill from Verizon saying they will take $1498 from my bank because its auto pay!! I called Sam and I asked him what's that, he said your gift card needs 6 to 8 weeks to arrive!!! I told him its not what I was told from the beginning. He said its ok Verizon will not take you to collection till you pass 6 months, so you still have time!! And he said my brother works there and you should have no issue!! Yesterday I received email from Verizon again saying that on Aprill 11 they will take one payment $1498 from my account to pay my last installment!! I called Sam and told him I'm so stressed about it and where I'm supposed to get $1498, his answer was its your problem you figure it out!!!! I was shocked with his answer and I told him what do you mean, its your problem giving me false information. So he told me at this point I can't do anything and not talking to you, you need to talk to customer service and he hangup the phone!!! I'm soo shocked how director can treat customer like that!! He's so rude and when my husband tried to call back he blocked us!! This is not professional way and I'm switching back to Verizon for sure.

After a very high price increase, I could no longer justify my subscription, I have tried and failed to cancel, received an email saying they are sorry I wish to cancel the day after they took the money via my card anyway. I am living abroad and all the links and numbers do not work. Now I am working with my card company to get my money back. Awful lack of transparency and no customer service what so ever.Warning do not subscribe!

This is an appalling site. They called all Trump/Trump administration supporters "white supremacists" and banned any and all Republicans/Conservatives - censored ANY expression of support from their forums, but then said they are "Inclusive of all". Inclusive??? Only if you're a Democrat, a member of an LGBTQ+ group, pro choice or anything resembling a Leftist. SHAMEFUL! Do they not see the irony of this? Mayo Clinic is absolutely worthless. As hard as I try to get an appointment with them, it is useless. When I try to register with them on line, all they do is jerk you around. I have such terrible back pain and they supposedly have the best spine surgeons and I can't get anywhere. If I could give them a zero, I would. I have been trying for over 6 months to get somewhere with them. I have had back surgery and I still have pain in my back. I so wanted to get a neurology surgeon who has good ratings. I have a friend who has had back surgeries by my same doctor and I do not want to go back to this doctor. My friend is in so much pain. I need someone who can help me. Mayo called me twice and said they are not accepting any new patients. So what am I to do, live in pain for the rest of my life?

Lyft deactivated my account because my district manager called me about my new position that I’m starting this week. I just transferred from another city to this one I’m currently in and I had sent a text to him confirming location as well after I talked to him. I sent the text message while being at a stop light and the passenger for a weird reason complained and sent a message to the support team. Not only did the support team didn’t hear my voice, my opinion but they deactivated my account before listening to anything I had to say about the purpose of my phone call I took. I have been waiting on this phone the entire day , I just got to this new city and this was an emergency that I had to handle at this very moment that only took less then 30 seconds.Samantha was in charge and did a horrible job of taking care of this situation. This is not how you handle customer service, Human Resources or a situation in general. I have been in perfect standing for 2 years with a 5 star rating the entire time with no issues at all. I have never put a customer in danger or risk my entire journey.I’m highly disappointed in Samantha because she was in charge and she made the decision before even hearing me out on the situation. I would not recommend anybody to this Lyft crap. By the way the customer got home safe and sound with no issues once again. I immediately put my phone down after a quick phone call and a quick text from once again my district manager. Thank you Samantha for an awful experience. Save your time America and make money other ways , Lyft isn’t it!!!!!!! Horrible experience.

when I heard Kroger was coming to Florida I was excited to finally get to shop there. However, although the delivery service is wonderful and the delivery time scheduling is awesome the delivery driver is always on time and the setup of the system is very user friendly, there is a breakdown on the fulfilment. I have never got a entire order that I placed. You would think that they would have the system set up as to when you purchase a item it removes it from stock and only offers it if available. It seems like Ice Cream , especially Kroger branded Ice Cream is always out of stock , or if it shows as in stock is always out by the time it is filled for delivery. I have called customer service on the card a driver gave me but never get a response back after leaving a message. I did purchase the free delivery for a year and and working to get my money back on delivery fees, but most likely will not order from Kroger again after my delivery fee has been paid for with free deliveries. I do not want to go through the process of making a online order just to have 5, 6 , 7, 8 items flagged as out of stock in the message they send a couple of hours ahead of delivery. I do check the box to not substitute because if I wanted another item I would have ordered that item. All I can figure is they do not ship enough product to the fulfillment center to meet demand, do not want to send more truckloads per week to the fulfillment center to meet demand or do not think ahead of having plenty of product to meet demand before putting a product on sale. A good idea in theory to not need to build physical stores, but only a few fulfillment centers, but it is clear that Kroger cannot meet the demand for their service. So, I will go back to going to Publix to get my groceries and get what I need the first time and avoid frustration by ordering online only to never get my order filled as needed then make a trip to Publix to cover the iiems that were not delivered by Kroger. This service in Florida is not done by instacart, but by Kroger employees in Kroger trucks. I can say the product is always in the proper temperature range when delivered and all of the Kroger delivery drivers that I have interacted with have been positive and seemed to care about the out of stock issues when I talked with them about it.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I have purchased a laptop in 1 October 2022. Funny enough the laptop stopped charging just when it got over the one year warranty. I’ve called HP customer service on the 16.11.2023 so that is 16 days after the 1 year warranty and they said that nothing can be done and I should buy another charger myself. They wouldn’t even offer to see in to the matter. Or to offer at least a discount for a new charger. I will personally never ever buy another product from this company. Not reliable and awful costumer service. 👎
