The availability status of items on the website and ordering process needs work. I ordered an item that showed as in stock at the store for pickup within 2 hours. I then get an email with a tracking number saying it was shipped and would be at the store next week, too late for my needs. The website should have never shown it as being in stock at the store. And since it really wasn't, I should've been contacted to see if I still wanted it before shipping it. I chatted with an online agent and was told I have to call the store for them to take care of it, so now that's more time I have to waste on this issue that could've been prevented.EDIT: updated to 3-stars because Guitar Center as a whole is great and I appreciate they're still brick & mortar. The 1-star was just for this specific issue & experience but I'd still recommend GC for your musical needs.
