Review of vrbo
There can be no stars for this company. I booked a stay in a ski resort from boxing day til the 2nd of January. Paid for the stay on the 29 of November. Booked all the Travel arrangements since then. Christmas night, 7 hours before I was due to begin my journey, the host cancelled my reservation! I must now book and pay for alternative accommodation (nothing guaranteed at this late stage) and then face having to find emergency accommodation if I proceed with my travel plans. Vrbo will take 15 days to process the refund, airbnb.co.uk will be similar. Effectively I now face paying 3 ski holidays before any refund. Vrbo, you need to step up. Considerably!
Review of twilio
I use a software that can integrate only with Twilio so I've been trying to contact Twilio for the past 2 weeks to become a new member. Their website says "World class customer support". But it's as if the company doesn't exist or they don't have any employees. I've tried contacting them through their website requesting someone from sales call me to discuss their products, I've tried calling them directly each and every day leaving voicemails. I've tried texting them and even leaving them feedback on their website. This is a wakeup call that if it's impossible to connect with anyone now and I'm not even a customer yet, I have no hope that anything will magically change once they have my debit card number on file and taking my money. I'm so disappointed in the time I've wasted for my business just trying to talk to someone there. I'm going to stay as far away from Twilio as I possibly can and I recommend you do the same.

when I intended on purchasing a 5 image package, it automatically signed me up to a plan that renews monthly. this is NOT what I wanted to purchase and feel like it was a bait and switch. then when I tried to cancel / turn off the auto subscription -- not only was it difficult to find, it kept turning back on...and throwing up different screens. it appears I am unable to turn off the renewing feature.

Review of expedia
I purchased an all inclusive vacation package for my family. On the expedia website it was advertised that all all inlusive packages purchased include transfer from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. When purchasing there was no notification that we had no transfer, the system did not even give us an option to purchase transfer. We arrived at the airport in Cancun, looked for representatives and eventually found an expedia representative who told us we are not on any list for transfers. When asked what are our options she said we need to take a taxi. We paid $ 220 US from the airport to the hotel and $ 120 US dollars from the hotel to the airport. Had we known transfer was not included we would have made our research and explored transportation options at more reasonable price. I tried to contact expedia by all contact methods provided. After reaching only AI assistant who was not helpful, we were referred to a chat with a person who kept saying we should have checked the hotel. There is not such information posted on expedia that we have to check the site of the hotel/property. I finally succeeded in reaching them over the phone when I came back home but they kept repeating that the transportation is not included in the package when clearly their website is showing that transportation is inlcuded when you purchase an all inclusive package There is no warning that this statement does no apply to some properties/hotels. These are hidden charges and are not at all announced. Had I known that there is no transfer I would have chosen another package/company. It was a very unpleasant experience and we also had the children with us running around at the airport looking for transportation means.

I took the MOOC: One Planet, One Ocean, and I learnt a lot about environmental issues that focus on and around the Ocean. I took the course out of sheer interest, but after having spent so much time studying, I did not mind paying the $50 to get my certificate.I am very happy about the lectures and additional material provided. It was a lot of important information that more people should know about. I like that you can also take the courses for free, if you don’t have the funds but simply want to learn something :)Great concept!

Long story....However, ordered a Pergola for deck, for more than $2,300. They shipped the wrong size. The next day I contacted BB&B, they organized the UPS pickup and provided me the shipping #. They then initiated a new order with a different order #, but said the product (my ordered size) was not in stock and said wait a couple of days and should be back in stock. UPS was prompt and picked the return shipment on the next day. I tracked it and they received it in 2 days. I waited until June 17th and called customer service and cancelled my order. They issued an email to me indicating that they had processed my full refund and I would receive this within 3-5 business days. I contacted my credit card company and they said that Visa requires up to 15 days to clear a refund. So I waited the 15 days and no refund. I called BB&B and was told that on the 17th of June, the BB&B agent didn't have the authority to issue the refund due to the High Cost. So they did nothing and just sat on my money, that they have had now for a month. I'm on hold with them again, supposedly wait for the correct authority to authorize this refund. I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow to also be putting in a complaint for them to go after BB&B on my behalf. Stay away from this shame company. Everything is overseas in India on the customer service, so they are professionals in keeping you running around without ever really doing anything. STAY AWAY from Bed Bath and Beyond. Still No Refund and on hold until they keep hanging up on me!!!

Review of nintendo
Our Nintendo Switch died after only 2 years of life with a bad wifi chip issue that completely bricked the system. Nintendo customer service acknowledged that this was a known issue, that it had nothing to do with user error, but since our system was not within the 1 year warranty they wouldn't help resolve the issue. I would have to pay all repair costs and shipping. They offered me a 25% discount on the repair after I complained, but when I said I needed to discuss it with my wife they said I would lose the discount if I didn't make the decision RIGHT NOW, effectively trying to pressure me into making the decision to pay them more money for the inconvenience of getting my system working, even though the issue was with their defective hardware by their own admission. WILDLY unacceptable customer service. As someone with 2 Nintendo consoles from my childhood still in working order, Nintendo has lost my business for life. Way to ruin a lifetime of brand loyalty over a $100 repair, guys.
