I posted a return from 3 orders at the same time, and the refund was late. I sent an email and then replied to the quick response asking for the pertinent details. In two days the case was resolved and a manual refund was issued.I haven't had any other problems with Uniqlo, and I've ordered from them many times in a short space of time since the release of the FW20 +J collection in November.I've seen from the reviews left here, some are too impatient, some too demanding, or just plainly ignoring the policies. Of course there are many who haven't had refunds for months, and Uniqlo should work on their communication and process, but their Trustpilot reviews are, in my opinion, inordinately negative in comparison to the actual servicep.s. I believe people abusing the returns policy are the reason they will no longer be free from March, so thank you that, btw.
