Booked and paid on their app 4 weeks before my trip. After a 4 hour drive I arrived at the hotel to be told there was no record of my booking. As I was preparing to drive away and find somewhere else the receptionist tapped on my window and told me he had found an email confirming my booking that had been sent that day. I will never use this company again and would not recommend

I have used hotels.com from both as a consumer, and as a hotel owner. They are basically just a dishonest company from either side. I recently made a reservation at a Days Inn in Fort Walton. The hotel was not the same hotel as their pictures showed. The hotel is a complete scam. Hotels.com refused to take responsibility that they are selling false pretenses. They stood by the hotel, without even investigating the hotel.

Love the closing but webshop and customer service is a total disaster. Can only give one advice don’t use Apple Pay to shop in Zara online , you will never see your order. I have been waiting for 4 days for order confirmation after paying, only to discover that Zara ‘doesn’t have my order’. Refund timing unclear. What a way to get free funds

The Idea Center review we purchased from them never worked. Initially, they sent us a download to correct the problem. Then they had us ship it to a repair location. The repair location said they don't fix computers and returned it to us. Lenovo sent a repair technician to our location together with parts. The technician could not fix the computer and told them so. Lenovo gave up trying to fix the computer. We shipped it back to them, they then shipped it back to us. They will not refund our money, because all this "fixing" took longer than 30 days, which their "policy" will not allow for a refund. They "may" replace the computer, but their bureaucracy makes that process very challenging. We needed a computer so we bought a Dell (it works). They are much more concerned with their policy than they are with their customers.

Cloudflare is a dishonest service. I was promised a refund 2 months ago and never received it. I stopped at one service, but I'm still being charged. I sent them 24 emails since then. Opened 4 new tickets. I am getting nowhere. I receive auto-replies. They rely too heavily on AI and fail to address any issues.

Telstra have just transitioned me from their Core Internet Plan to their new Upfront Plan (they instigated this).It’s been a total stuff up for something that should have been quite simple and straightforward. My Direct Debit wasn’t transitioned so I’m now threatened with cancellation of my service.I’ve been online trying to sort this out but poorly structured responses on their chat line means I’m struggling to get an accurate response.I’m thinking that many of Telstra’s customers have experienced what I have……not a great look!
