Google Nest Thermostat developed a fault and couldn’t find any wireless networks. Thermostat works, but the inability to connect it to app vastly reduces functionality. This appears to be a common fault. The returns policy of Google is quite simply disgraceful. You are given 2 choices; pay a refundable £135 via the Google play store, for an immediately despatched replacement, or return the thermostat and await a replacement. Therefore, through no fault of your own, you are either completely without a thermostat, with no ability to control heating or hot water, or you have to be without £135 (a not insignificant amount in this cost of living crisis) until they process your return. It is quite simply the most ridiculous returns policy I have ever come across. Not only have you had the inconvenience of a faulty product, but the process to have the faulty product replaced is punitive to the customer. I expected better of Google. I actually had to check that it wasn’t a scam as the ‘pay us via the Google play store’ sounded awfully suspicious. Customer service was poor and extremely wooden. The agent was clearly working from a script and seemed to get stuck in a loop. I have written a letter of complaint which has, so far, been ignored. Avoid this product purely on customer service and returns policy.

Typical Government Failure.Tried to find my NI Contributions so it asks for you NI could not find it (Not in UK Anymore) so I asked it to find it for me. In order to find my NI number I need to register in order to register I need my NI number.You really could not make it up no online form for the NI Number instead you phone a number however if your overseas that costs a packet otherwise you have to print this online form damaging the environment and then post it out again damaging the environment. They need to wake up and see what TECHNOLOGY DOES NOW not wait until it gets overtaken then they decide to use it.

Predatory pricing, random billed seats from collaborators no warning and then ridiculous annual costs for a design tool that get updated every year at best with features for enterprise teams not designers. I've reverted to free and taking the inconvenience that brings. Looking at Webstudio as alternative for actual prototypes rather than glorified slide shows. This product is loosing it's Mojo fast.

My husband & I just returned from a wonderful Caribbean Cruise, our ports were St Thomas & St Maarten. While in St Maarten we stopped @ Diamonds International, what a treat! We ended up purchasing 2 new Gucci watches & a ring; our salesmen were "Jeet" & "Ramesh", we were most satisified w/their services & wouldn't hesitate on recommending them to any potential customer!!

The only issue I have had so far is not being able to review the same artist more than once if I have attended multiple concerts of theirs on different dates. Otherwise it is quite user friendly and a nice alternative to staying attuned to one's favourite artists and their tour schedules.
