Since the founding of Facebook, a member of the site, experienced that for some reason without a precise explanation, the profile was shut down. Instead of letting the problem be solved, they immediately shut down the profile regardless of whether you are really guilty or not. Terrible, so don't use the platform Instagram, Facebook and everything from this platform. Disrespecting long-time members, shame.

I have ordered THREE different brands of towels from here, and not once has the color matched the photo. And they don't pay for shipping on returns! I've now paid enough for another set of towels on return shipping. Very disappointing. If you're not too picky on color or quality, sure, buy from here. But if you like attention to detail go somewhere else.

Why are you removing genuine reviews that are appropriate.I have also had 3 glowing reviews removed by Google in the last 2 months.Yesterday 8/2/25 you decided that my 24 reviews at 4.8% should be reduced to 21 reviews? What the heck is going on with Google atm. I work hard to get these genuine reviews. Update now 20 reviews and still 4.8%.

I have a Panasonic phone for my medical office. Unfortunately, according to a LIVE CHAT ADGENT (Chad) my product is "defaulted" because I don't have the option to turn off my answering machine while still being able to play my greeting. I asked Chad what he's going to do about that and he responded with "nothing, you're not under our 1-year warranty anymore". Lol a 1 year warranty on your PRODUCTS! Is that a joke? Anyways, boycotted. Will not being buying Panasonic products anymore.

I joined Mercari 10/4/24. I followed their process to identify myself by uploading my ID, personal information and bank card info. I was verified. After conversing with a buyer on their app, I decided to sell an item on their site for $115 on 10/24/24. The buyer received the item on 10/31/24 and reviewed me with 5 stars, indicating they had a pleasant experience with me and were pleased with the purchased item. That is when I realized that Mercari had ‘limited’ my account, which means they will not release my funds to me. They did not give me a reason and have not responded to several messages over the past few days trying to understand why my account has been limited. There is no customer service phone number to call in and get more clarity, only rabbit holes in their app to jump down to send a query online. Each time I receive the same automated message,’It looks like your concern requires more attention, we will have our billing and payments team reach out to you!’ Followed by radio silence. I have reported them to BBB where I see thousands of other people have had similar experiences with this cut rate low quality online version of eBay. Mercari is a complete scam. Beware.

I ordered some items scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday, tracking showed they were out for delivery on Tuesday morning but they never arrived however the tracking said a delivery had been attempted - which it had not. Later the tracking showed that they were returned to the distribution centre. The same thing happened on Wednesday. On Thursday they were out for delivery again but returned to the distribution centre 30 minutes later. On Friday they were out for delivery but returned to the distribution centre 2 minutes later. I have had on-line chats withe the customer service staff on two occasions (once I can get past the completely useless chat bot). The staff are very polite but they rush to offer a refund and vouchers rather than actually try and solve the problem. They offered to give me a refund and I could keep the items but made no effort to try and resolve the issue so I would actually receive them. They offered to credit my account with £5 in compensation but appeared not to understand that a credit was no use if they could not deliver anything to my address. However, they did allegedly escalate the issue This morning (Saturday) the items were out for delivery again with a time slot., later a message they were still on their way, then on there way but running late. But nothing.I fail to understand why my package has been "out for delivery" five times and not arrive. Surely their systems should identify there is an issue and get a human at the distribution centre to intervene and sort it.Very disappointing and frustrating.

I have seen the following fare from Virgin advertised originally at $509/person rise to over $700 when you go to book.
