Donny Mueller at the Totowa Store, was our sales associate. He was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I also noticed his friendly interactions with other clients at the store, while juggling several requests, even a very young person (7-8 yrs old) who interrupted Donny for drum sticks while Donny was helping me.

I have been using Facebook since 2010 .since then I gave had 3 accounts hacked. By scanmmsrs.I reported each time and despite all my friends a me reporting ut Meta did nothing would not even suspended the accounts 2 of them the scammers used for months and even contacted my husband pretending to be me still meta did nothing They let people who are scamming g people do what ever they want.these people never fey there accounts suspended In the last 6 month they have suspended my account 3 or 4 times for no reason They say I went against community standards and the only thing I even use it for is to enter contest for some of the sweepstakes casinos If that goes against community standards then why is my account the only one suspended they don't supend the casino accounts for putting the contest on there. Something needs to be done Meta needs to pay attention and quit messing with people who are not doing anything and do something about the ones that are This is the worst social media company ever I used to like it until Meta took it over they have really just made it a place to get your information stolen. So if you use it beware Meta not there for your protection they there to protect fraudsters to allow them access to you and your information Because it doesn't matter if you follow there community standards they will suspender account unless your tring to scam people .

There's no point in going on too long when I basically want to put the boot in as many others have done.I haven't had a TV licence for 10+ years because quite simply,I dont legally need one.I very much doubt I'll buy another.My trust and respect for BBC news has gone since finding news elsewhere online has made me think "why didnt the BBC show this?"I grew up with the BBC but sadly now I find I have no trust, no respect and no support for them any more

I purchased a Philips smart tv on the basis that my previous Philips tv was 13 years old and still going strong. However, it seems that newer products are not built to the same standard or of the same quality. Within 3 weeks of receiving my new tv a crack appeared on the screen. I contacted Philips support and the responses I received were both inconsistent and contradictory. Firstly, I was told to address my concerns to the retailer and that the warranty did not apply. Apparently, a replacement product was down to the retailer. Then I was told the warranty did apply but the tv would need to be assessed for repair. This I was informed may result in me being liable for the cost of repair. Given the product is virtually brand new the prospect of having it repaired was not something I was willing to accept. This of course is against the backdrop of the current COVID 19 pandemic. Furthermore, not only was the employee who responded disinterested but it would seem he was not sure what the processes were and what the cover of the warranty was. After contacting the retailer I was informed that Philips had indicated that the damage was down to accidental damage i.e. that I was not telling the truth. Philips used to be a respected and trusted brand. I have owned and still own a number of Philips products. However, given my recent experience I will not be purchasing any further Philips products. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a new domestic electrical product to steer well clear of Philips, they are no longer the company they once were.

AVOID FLIPKART I never use flipkart, having heard about their poor customer service and sharp business practices. I got lured into buying one of their products. Cheating started while booking the order. They advertised a discounted price and a further discount of 10% on certain credit card. They gave just a token discount on the card. The product had Bluetooth pairing problems. After spending hours trying to sort this out with the manufacturer, I decided to return the product. THEY REFUSED !Consumers should know about this crooked outfit so they don't get cheated.Please share.

Absolute fraud. My daughter made a purchase online. When received, it was just the box with no product included. We called customer service and we were told to “just dispute it” with our credit card, which doesn’t help since she paid with a gift card. She said there was nothing she could do since it showed on their end that it was delivered. So that tells me that they can get away with just delivering empty boxes and claim their end of the deal is complete. I got the same treatment from their chat services, who just ended the chat saying it was delivered, there’s nothing they can do. Never buying from target.com again. If anything, it sounds like people can return empty boxes and Target gets away with reselling them.

I found out like others that I had somehow been subscribed to a charged version of Dropbox I was unaware of - but I didn't know which email it might be associated with to be able to log in and cancel it. Felt like a dead end. In the end I used another email to sign up to a Pro account on trial for 14 days, simply to get support. I did get the support and not only was the original account cancelled, but DropBox also refunded the annual fee which had appeared in my account and alerted me to the problem. I then cancelled the trial I had opened and was not charged for that. Not easy but I was very surprised DropBox offered to refund the Annual Fee, even though I had not expected or asked for that.

Coinbase allowed my data to get hacked. Hackers had my cell phone #, and email. They sent me a coinbase help desk email. Told me they were coinbase and I needed to remove my crypto off of exchange and on to my coinbase wallet. When I did my crypto was gone. I put in a ticket to coinbase after the situation. They reviewed my case and sent me a email stating tuff loss and they aren't responsible 😔. I urge everyone to NOT USE COINBASE. USE ANY OTHER PLATFORM BUT NOT COINBASE. IF THEY DONT PROTECT ME THEY DEFINITELY WONT PROTECT U. I WISH I COULD POST THE EMAIL they sent.BTW that response from coinbase below is a response AFTER they had already sent me an email saying they will NOT reimburse me and sorry for my loss. Coinbase has NO ETHICS AND INTEGRITY for their clients. That response below is so disrespectful to post after they already told me they aren't going to assist. Its a another slap in the face!!!

Avoid at all costs. Braintree conducted an account review when we got a large payment in. It took them 4 weeks to review and close the account review and stated funds will be with us in 2-3 business days... 4 weeks later still nothing. They are holding onto over £3000.There is literally no customer support! No telephone numbers! Don't reply to emails for weeks. The worst company I have ever dealt with! Paypal should be ashamed to own this company!
