I'm super impressed with both the guitar and the service. The guitar itself is beautiful and is in even better condition than described. I ordered it late one night, and they shipped it early the next day. It was packaged extremely well and detuned for shipping. I got a great deal on a great guitar, and the store personnel handled it with obvious care. My only regret is that since they are 2300 miles away from me, I can't go in and thank them personally.

Worst experience ever ! The call line kicked me out repeatedly saying 'we are experiencing high call volume', try another day; for account issue. Same for attempt to get online help on a chat, 'said try another day'. Later wouldn't even let me log on the chat saying, 'you came back too soon'. Unbelievable !This is worse than a govt department. I can't imagine a private corporation could do anything like that. This is like wow !!

I'm very impressed with the performance and ease of use of this product on the new Apple M1 Pro. Setting up Kali Linux was a breeze as it's directly supported by Parallels. They've done all the hard work. Testing Windows Insider builds of Windows 11 runs like a dream. Literally no lag that you might get on other VM platforms.

I purchased an extended warranty of two years for my hp pavillion laptop and just a days back after an overnight event blacklines are appearing on laptop screen. And when I called customer care for repairing the issue they were like it's your fault totally and you will have to pay extra charges of Rs. 14449 + 18% GST and also ADP will be charged according to your laptop price...Not proper conversation and very harsh style of handling the customers.NEVER EVER BUY HP PRODUCTS...

Bought 2 laptops in space of a year. One of them lasted a month as the edge of the screen pops open and ruins the screen. Couldn't get a replacement as they said I must have broken it.So I buy another and low and behold this one has done the same after a year.They are made with cheap plastic so you've only got to tap the thing and it breaks.They then tell you you've broken it so they can't replace it. They say they can fix the screen though at a cost of over £400 which is more than I paid for the laptop in the first place.I'm now over 900 out of pocket with two useless laptops made of the thinnest plastic known to man.To top it all off I can't even get the screens fixed myself because HP Dont sell them.Complete scam artists!!!DO NOT BUY A LAPTOP FROM HP!!!

I would choose no stars but there is no option. Booked today for Paraga Sea View Villa / calypso sunset villas in Mykonos the price was £5800. I gave my card details and they accepted my reservation. I was then contacted by the host saying that Vrbo put the wrong price on and it should be £13,500 and asked me to cancel this. I telephoned Vrbo who said it is the host that puts the price on and they shouldnt be cancelling. They telephoned the host but came back and told me I would get a full refund. They refused to do anything about this despite the false advertisement and continue to allow the villa to be adversied. I spoke with Mare at Vrbo who is no use at all and didnt care that I would put a bad review on Trust Pilot. I should have read the reviews before I booked and went to all this drama!!!

I had a customer service issue 20 minutes before game time, where my ticket wasn't coming up in the Seatgeek app because I had put my email address in without dots when I bought this ticket. That's fine for sending and receiving email, but understandably it affected my ticket, as my account was under my email address with dots in it. I called customer service, and it was resolved promptly and perfectly, within about 12 minutes of calling. I believe my customer service reps name was Brian.
