Worst experience ever ! The call line kicked me out repeatedly saying 'we are experiencing high call volume', try another day; for account issue. Same for attempt to get online help on a chat, 'said try another day'. Later wouldn't even let me log on the chat saying, 'you came back too soon'. Unbelievable !This is worse than a govt department. I can't imagine a private corporation could do anything like that. This is like wow !!
