One of may people waiting for a refund

My sales person canceled an order he had completed with me on the phone because he ordered the wrong part. He sent me a new quote, and me, not suspecting anything ordered again. the next day I saw money being held for two orders in my bank and I was embarrassingly broke! I was upset and canceled my second order right away. Well over the next 48 hours I watched the system fill me in on all the steps of both my cancelled orders being prepared to be shipped to me. I thought to myself, "they will complete the cancellation". Nope they shipped me two orders and I still had no money. When the orders arrived they charged my account and took the money. I called incessantly for two days and after a lot of harassment dolled out by me I was given RMAs to return the items. Now in my estimation I was going to have to wait for the item to ship back to them then another 7 to ten business days for processing and then another 24 to 48 for the transfer. All the while being broke. I went to ship the order only to find it was just one RMA and I needed to ship 2 boxes. I've been trying to get the other RMA for about three days. They refuse to give me one. They act so nice and so helpful, they promise the world I just have to wait 24 to 48 hours. every time 24 to 48 even after 48 has passed from the first time you called. I've checked multiple forum posts. Yes here is my personal e-mail, yes ask me anything, yes I will make sure to update you then you never hear from them again. Always the same promises as if from a script. I could have sold the laptop on ebay by now. People on the Lenovo forums have been waiting for months to receive refunds. This makes me scared to send the second laptop back. I'm better off just keeping it or selling it. And I may never again see the sum from the other order I sent back. I feel someone needs to take legal measures against this company. How could they send me the same thing twice and charge me twice for it and then make me fight like this just to get back money that is mine. If I don't want your product will you then force me to keep it. You said I could return within thirty days Lenovo. I didn't even want you to ship it in the first place! now it will take me 360 days to get my money! I've never heard of this.

I have recently purchase Jet Smart filters cause Elementor Pro is my default tool for making websites. In the last 3 months the developers are made some awesome upgrades that made me purchase their filters insted from otherς like wpfacet. They add Ajax on typing, integration with ACF ! Blocked for 'violation' while creating business account…

In the process of creating an account for my new company there was a glitch inputting the verification code they sent me. Before I'd even logged in once to use the account it was blocked for a violation of their terms, presumably as a result of the glitch. They're not letting me appeal or contact them in any way. As they're blocking any new account with the username of my company I think they're probably breaking IP law but I'm powerless.

My experience has been negative because…

My experience has been negative because of the number of Nigerian scammers who deliberately target innocent fans of musicians and actors or impersonate people all in order to extorte money or blackmail users. Totally sickened by it. I tried to have an open profile for my art work but have given up as it's inundated with scammers. A total disgrace and the fact that real people might be conned is even worse.
