Bad operations

Bad operations. Couldn't get set up, with multiple tech issues. Unable to log in on computer or on app, but finally could on smartphone web. This took 90 mins with their tech support. I then successfully sent two transfers of US$ to Euros to a hospital and ambulance service in Belgium and received confirmation they went thru. Several hours later I was emailed that my account had been cancelled and that there would be no explanation. I emailed back to verify the earlier confirmations and received notice that both had been cancelled and my money would be refunded withing 7-10 days. Phone call yielded no information, but beaucoups appologies.

Wayfair is a company that should be avoided at all costs. They don’t stand behind their warranties, and their products are often of poor quality.My first experience with Wayfair was with a recliner I bought from them. We even extended the warranty through Allstate, but the problems with the chair have been endless. The arm cushions have come loose from the chair, and the foot rest of the chair is bent. It also makes a variety of noises, and the motor started smoking when I reclined it or brought it up.Wayfair’s solution to this problem was to make me buy $300 worth of replacement parts, which was just a temporary fix. Allstate refused to help me because the chair was only a year old.On March 7, the recliner caught fire. Fortunately, I wasn’t sitting in it at the time, and I was able to put it out with an extinguisher.

I’m extremely disappointed with Sephora’s customer service after purchasing a defective and unsafe product from their Miami store.I bought the Moroccan Oil Blow-Dry Brush while visiting the U.S., expecting a high-quality product from a reputable retailer. However, after only two uses, the bristles melted, making the brush completely unusable and dangerous to use.When I contacted Sephora customer service, they dismissed my complaint, telling me to "return it in-store"—which is impossible, since I was a tourist and am no longer in the U.S.! I repeatedly explained my situation, requesting a fair resolution (such as store credit), yet Sephora ignored my concerns and refused to take responsibility for selling a defective product.This is not just about poor service—it’s about SAFETY. A heat styling tool that melts during use is a fire hazard, and Sephora’s refusal to address this issue is unacceptable.As a content creator with 45,000 followers, I feel obligated to warn others about this experience. PayPal,do you have ties with China?

I have been scammed twice by Chinese companies. One was a Facebook ad in November for a really cool sweatshirt that I ordered for myself and my daughters. They arrived and were nothing like the advertisement. I contacted the seller first, no luck. So I contacted PayPal, I sent a picture of the add, picture of the actual product and screen shots of other people reporting the same issue. They found in favor of the seller. Most recently, I ordered a cosmetic thru TikTok, a Tarte undereye concealer. I never received it. I reached out to the seller, they lied multiple times. I sent the emails and the info that the seller told me. And because the seller said it was delivered, which they had NO PROOF of, PayPal found in the favor of the seller. Now my PayPal will only be used for DoorDash.

Ordered food through Just Eat, food was inedible, Just Eat not interested, but luckily I paid by Paypal to be protected. I opened a dispute with Paypal, and here is the reply:We received the claim(s) you opened on 25 April 2025. We've reviewed the transaction(s) and are refusing your claim(s). This decision was made because our records show that the item or service associated with this transaction was delivered to you. We're sorry for any problems you may have experienced with the transaction(s).Can't even close my account with them, Buyer protection is a lie!

There are Better Choices Out There Than MOZ! Do your Homework. I learned my lesson.

I use to think highly of Moz.com that was until I used their services. My website has been online for over 20 years and I must have over 100 citation website with addresses and phone numbers. They offer a service that correct all of your citations make sure everything is accurate and promise no duplicate listing. Well the day I made the purchased I set up my profile and information I realized that they only list a few of the websites that I have my listing on. So I sent them an email. I never received a reply. Then I found that I had a duplicate Google listing and sent them another email. Still no reply. Then I sent an email asking for a refund and I receive a prompt reply. With an answer that they do not give refunds. My mistake. I should have read some of their reviews before choosing.I am reading your response and this is so untrue. Immediately after joining, I sent an email with no response. Although I may not service customers at my address that should not mean all the citations that I have out there should not be fixed. you say it takes 3 weeks to have everything since up and no duplicates. When I saw what was going on with my Google Listing I had to stop it.

Total scam! First they say that you can get free images with a free trial but then it turns out that you actually cannot download them with the free trial, so they push you a screen to select "upgrade the plan" without being properly notified that this will initiate a payment! So I just paid them 25 dollars for one image. Angry at that business model!

Remember that one day your server will shut down.

A 5-year-old server with 5000 people was closed in 1 day. The reason is because 3 account reported you as a fraudster. Discord can delete my 5-year-old work in one moment. Just 3 people reporting you is enough for them to close your 5000-person Discord server and account. Check the people who reported me. Check the messages. If I have committed fraud, ban me.Do you have evidence of fraud? no there's not . I have no words. But what you have done is completely wrong. I sent a ticket 3 times and there was no response to the ticket.Remember that if rival discord servers complain to you, it will take 3 reports for you to lose your server and account.:)))))

I've been a Prime customer for years, but things have definitely changed since Jeff Bezos stepped down. Orders lost, delivered to the wrong place. Sending the wrong items. Orders that's take a long time to deliver. It gets worse all the time. Returns are still easy, but they are sliding.

Review of uniqlo

Terrible customer service!!

I have regularly bought clothes from Uniqlo in the past and have always been very happy with the quality. A few weeks ago, I brought a green t-shirt and after one wash, some of the dye has bled out leaving a splotchy pattern on the t-shirt. I have never had any issues with my other Uniqlo t-shirts which are the exact same style just in different colours and all washed in the exact same way. I sent a message to customer service online well over a week ago and it has been completely ignored. This has made me reluctant to ever order off of the Uniqlo website again.

I've done my dna test about 8 yrs ago, the first results of origion of my ancestors compared to now are extremely different !! Surely my dna and l are still the same- they say changes are due to linking to other people! But this is not what dna is about right? Anyone can guess ones knew storey of relatives etc- also it approximates 1-2% to regions that possibly could have link to, NOT necessarily have any link to! Id say 25% approximate 65- 75% actual dna results!

Their customer service is nonexistent.After canceling my account, Teachable continued charging me ($177 for one month—not the end of the world, but still frustrating). Worse, they kept charging my former clients as if their subscriptions were still active. Since I’ve closed my school, I have no way of issuing refunds or canceling their subscriptions myself.I reached out to Teachable for support—silence. No response, no resolution. I’m now handling the issue directly through Stripe.If you're looking for a reliable platform, go with the one that starts with "K" and has a "J" in it.
