Bad operations. Couldn't get set up, with multiple tech issues. Unable to log in on computer or on app, but finally could on smartphone web. This took 90 mins with their tech support. I then successfully sent two transfers of US$ to Euros to a hospital and ambulance service in Belgium and received confirmation they went thru. Several hours later I was emailed that my account had been cancelled and that there would be no explanation. I emailed back to verify the earlier confirmations and received notice that both had been cancelled and my money would be refunded withing 7-10 days. Phone call yielded no information, but beaucoups appologies.
