Facebook offers no real customer service. I have not been able to get into my account for several weeks because Facebook claims a code has been sent to an authenticator. However, no code has been sent. When I try to log in a different way, the link emailed to me never works. As an organization, they are not set up to help people when they have trouble or even manage to help them log back into their accounts.

Latest Vivobook 16 Oled, only a few months old and now on its second repair !! i'm sick of chasing it and being ignored, i won't ever buy an Asus again while their support and repair teams couldn't care less ! my letter to support below:Dear Support....i returned this laptop on 7th November for the second repair on a new laptop and its now 20th December !!despite the repair team saying my part is in, you have just confirmed it isn't.i am still without it and have had to purchase a secondary computer to carry on working as i have only had a couple of weeks use out of this so far.i have asked 3 times to speak to a Manager and been ignoredi have asked twice if you would consider taking this back and allowing me to upgrade to a model that just works and have no acknowledgment or reply to this request whatsoever. i have asked if you could expedite the repair as the repair centre needs technical support because they can't fix it.i have asked if you could hurry the repair as i have no longer any faith in this laptop and wish to sell it before Christmas whilst people are purchasing these things, so i can move on to something else that isn't so troublesome but have had no reply, and there is no chance whatsoever i will get it back in time now to sell it.i think your after care and warranty service is awful and i am now about to start posting all this on social media and the review sites. People need to know just how disinterested Asus are is customer service before they commit to purchasing from you guys.Asus is a premium make and you should be better than this, that's what people pay the money for over and above ordinary laptops. i now intend to make sure that all our 250 employees are aware not to use Asus or attempt to purchase anything else from your brand for our company. After this debacle you have demonstrated you are simply not worth the chance. i have learned my lesson with Asus and won't ever use you again.

this company has the worst customer service. in the evening and had to call Beck numerous times for help with the site, and they made sure everyone they worked with knew to give me a hard time. It's funny because they all said the same thing when I told each one my email 6 times and asked if I could spell it again. They need to do house cleaning and hire agents that really want to help you. This company has gone downhill, and I have been waiting for a response in over 90 days; I have to rent for 30 days, and they give all the benefits to short-term rentals. which is unacceptable; they should know these people who work together are making your life miserable when you have to figure out how to get around on your site since the agents have no idea and will not help you!! , by getting someone to understand; on top of that, the customer agents in the evening could care less about their owners. They can't understand English and hang out together talking about you, and when you call, give her a hard time, they're vindictive to the 10th degree!!. They've lost many clients who list their property with VRBO for good reason, making sure they give her a hard time if she calls again since they only have time to waste. You can't understand them I got very frustrated the next morning I made a complaint and t never called back!!

I looked online to see what they had to offer. You almost have to leave fingerprints to do that. Now that they have everything but your dental records, you'll never get rid of them. You can't opt out of email ads. Their phone contact number just blows you off by recording. Want to find a way to get rid of them? They suggest you sift through pages somewhere that simply make you mad or make you give up. Why do these people think their strong arm, in your face bully tactics benefit them?? They're like a virus. They have your contact info and they never intend to let you forget it. Ask yourself. Do I really want to have this site in my face.........FOREVER........?

Ordered some counter height stools and saw that they put them on sale literally 3 days later. I called the company to get some of my money back and they would not refund the money back! Won't ever shop here again. Too bad because I had other items picked out since we just bought a new house! Horrible way to do business!!

The Tech Support at Sage is amazing. All departments are so helpful. They will go out of their way to help. It doesnt matter how big or small the issue there is always a friendly voice at the end of the phone whilst you are having a full meltdown! However much they are paying them it probably isnt enough!! Thank you Guys are are all legends!

WPE is going downhill fast. Rarely have I ever experienced such a sharp drop in trust vis a vis relationship to one of the service providers in our tech stack. The amount of frustration and wasted time (on account of their ambiguous and inefficient support systems) is grossly unacceptable. After months of runaround and compounding problems, I finally decided to cancel. They sent me an email (addressing me by a completely different name), asking me to leave a review here. And so I obliged. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but if this review can spare anyone else the same experience...

Accidentaly Purchased something twice because of a mistake and as I clicked download on both copies my refund was refused. The amount is small but they already received my money twice for the same thing. Sony truly does not care about their consumers and it feels like they are using automated systems to handle issues.
