WPE is going downhill fast. Rarely have I ever experienced such a sharp drop in trust vis a vis relationship to one of the service providers in our tech stack. The amount of frustration and wasted time (on account of their ambiguous and inefficient support systems) is grossly unacceptable. After months of runaround and compounding problems, I finally decided to cancel. They sent me an email (addressing me by a completely different name), asking me to leave a review here. And so I obliged. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but if this review can spare anyone else the same experience...
