this company has the worst customer service. in the evening and had to call Beck numerous times for help with the site, and they made sure everyone they worked with knew to give me a hard time. It's funny because they all said the same thing when I told each one my email 6 times and asked if I could spell it again. They need to do house cleaning and hire agents that really want to help you. This company has gone downhill, and I have been waiting for a response in over 90 days; I have to rent for 30 days, and they give all the benefits to short-term rentals. which is unacceptable; they should know these people who work together are making your life miserable when you have to figure out how to get around on your site since the agents have no idea and will not help you!! , by getting someone to understand; on top of that, the customer agents in the evening could care less about their owners. They can't understand English and hang out together talking about you, and when you call, give her a hard time, they're vindictive to the 10th degree!!. They've lost many clients who list their property with VRBO for good reason, making sure they give her a hard time if she calls again since they only have time to waste. You can't understand them I got very frustrated the next morning I made a complaint and t never called back!!
