Stayed with them in Malta. Really big rooms within few meters from the beach.They forgot to clean our room but they made it up and offered us chocolate with strawberries! :)

BBC Licence fee should be abolished.

I don't understand why i should pay for a tv licence when I don't watch any BBC channels, I pay for Sky, I pay for Netflix, I pay for Amazon Prime. I just don't like any programmes the BBC show. It's ridiculous that we should be forced to pay something that we don't use. I honestly wouldn't mind if they had 1 program I watched. It's disgusting, yet we break the law and face prosecution if we don't have a license. Things should change. I'm sure many people are the same, maybe they should have adverts like other channels and make money an honest way rather than making people like myself pay for a service I do not use.

My experience was horrible. I will never use amazon again. This was the absolutely last time I used amazon. Amazon ireland failed me so many god damn times i cant count. Now amazon uk. I am absolutely done. Do NOT PROMISE WHAT YOU CANNOT KEEP IT CREATES BAD REPUTATION. PERIOD. i DO NOT MAKE PROMISES I CANNOT KEEP. Why did I pay for prime delivery when they cannot keep their times, ring the bell or give me the option to let them know to leave the package somewhere.Also the tracking said "out for delivery" since 7AM. The "attempt" was made almost 12 hours after that. WHO HAS 12 HOUR SHIFTS!??!?!!??! thats illegal in IRELAND AND UK. I EXPECT MY PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED WITHIN 8 HOURS IF YOU SAY ITS FREAKING OUT FOR DELIVERY. STUPID COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The incompetency is staggering!

I have a hard time even giving a one star! The incompetency is overwhelming. I bought a high end coffee maker in Tarragona for my wife's birthday. They said they didn't have it in stock but promised they could send it within 5 days. It didn't arrive. I called. They promised again it would be there before the 14th. It didn't come. Two phone calls later... they promised an email verifying the complaint... It never came. I went to El Corte Ingles in Barcelona... Customer service said I should talk to a supervisor in the department but they couldn't do anything unless I went back to Tarragona. The supervisor finally agreed to send an email to Tarragona store to cancel the order and put the 450 Euro coffee machine back on my card. I asked for a copy of the email so I could follow up... they said, "Store policy says we can't give copies of email to customers"... Really! I would imagine with their level of competency they think it's best to frustrate the customer rather than give the customer a legal document. On and on. The level of stupidity and incompetence was astounding. BTW... I still don't have the refund, nor the call back, nor the email, nor the coffee machine... They promised!!!

Honestly wish I could give it no stars.I signed up for a free subscription so I could read an article and like so many others found that I could not cancel that subscription. Their website claims you can cancel it through the My Account page, I scoured through that page and could not find any way to cancel my subscription.I e-mailed their customer service and they told me I could cancel it on the My Account page, which I already know that I can't, so I've e-mailed back telling them to cancel it. If they haven't done it in the next week I'm just going to contact my bank and have them cancel my payments.

was asked to pay to get my account unbanned and the moment i pay the balance on the email im given another balance, then i pay that and get another balance, when I said i am not paying for stuff with no clear end they told me to explain why my account is banned(as if i fully know) and have not responded since ive never had this happem with xbox

Beware renewal procedure!

Their renewal policy is very complicated! I spent 45 minutes trying to sort it out before realizing they were charging more than 2 times the initial fee and don't think i actually registered so was surprised to get the invoice. I contacted them immediately and they refused to discss it so I've asked the credit company to withhold the payment.

Incompetent or lying employees throughout...Until recently i had nothing but positive things to say about amex. this month i booked sone flights online through MyTrip which after initially being confirmed were immediately cacnelled via email, with the promise of a refund within 5 days. as the amount was not returned i requested amex to chargeback, explaining ehat had happened and offering to provide the merchant email detailing cancellation and the promise of a refund. i was told this was necessary in the first instance and that they would request it if required. a couple of weeks later i noticed amex had taken the amount back out. they then claimed that the merchant had proved the charge was valid. essentially the merchant had proved the original confirmation which was never in dispute. amex hadn't asked me to prove the merchant cancelled which i happily would have done. i had the dispute reopened, loaded the supporting email to their portal. it dispute was again declined. i called and chatted many times and kept getting told that the merchant had proved the charge was valid. i then raised a complaint where the handler refused to admit any error on the part of amex, and basically claimed that the merchant had always agreed to pay the amount back. happily they did so today. the most stressful thing in this debacle was (a) the failure to correctly raise the dispute in the first place and (b) the refusal of the complaints handler to acknowledge any failing. i susoect they wont care when i close my account down as i always pay my bill on time and they therefore dont make any money from me...maybe that is why they have treated me so terribly?
