I have a hard time even giving a one star! The incompetency is overwhelming. I bought a high end coffee maker in Tarragona for my wife's birthday. They said they didn't have it in stock but promised they could send it within 5 days. It didn't arrive. I called. They promised again it would be there before the 14th. It didn't come. Two phone calls later... they promised an email verifying the complaint... It never came. I went to El Corte Ingles in Barcelona... Customer service said I should talk to a supervisor in the department but they couldn't do anything unless I went back to Tarragona. The supervisor finally agreed to send an email to Tarragona store to cancel the order and put the 450 Euro coffee machine back on my card. I asked for a copy of the email so I could follow up... they said, "Store policy says we can't give copies of email to customers"... Really! I would imagine with their level of competency they think it's best to frustrate the customer rather than give the customer a legal document. On and on. The level of stupidity and incompetence was astounding. BTW... I still don't have the refund, nor the call back, nor the email, nor the coffee machine... They promised!!!
