I've been using WordPress for my Pesky Truth political blog for several years and have had zero trouble with software bugs or not operating according to specs. There were plenty of themes from which to choose and the one I chose has worked out great. Having used a couple of other providers of Internet publishing software, WP is easily the best I've used. Would recommend WP without reservation.

I'm not satisfied with Kraken at all. Out of necessity I'm switched from BCM in the Netherlands to Kraken and now Kraken keeps a part of my assets on hold and pending it since 2th of January and is is now the 10th of January. With numerous of chats and email messages and verifying were my assets came from and also delivering proof of source documents of my income, nothing is happening. I'm not a bloody criminal and earned my money and deposits in a legal way. So when this is finally cleared I'm out of here and take al my assets away, far away from Kraken. They should be really ashamed. I'll will post this everywhere I can find a site for this review. Kraken has an Incredibly bad customer service. Please do youtself a favor and stay away from this exchange.Update 10th of January:Look at the reply and they do exactly what they are doing all the time since the 2th of January but after numerous of emails and chats nothing is happening. But for what it's worth here is my public ID number AA16 N84G PYK5 PLPA and the Tickets # 15119537 # 15055211 so I'm not put up some hate story or something like that. It is just that they are doing it all over again and mark my words nothing is happening, at least not very fast and when they against all odds do you will hear about it also. To be continued!

We needed 7 ceiling fans installed in a new home that was pre-wired. We already had the ceiling fans. Jason from Bella Vita Solar was great. Installed all the fans quickly and insured they were operating perfectly since they were wifi and remote controlled. We will hire him again.

The business that contacted me was incredibly inept. We had a kitchen sink drain clog. The company, Jeff's Drains, Massachusetts sent a 'technician'(?) to clear the drain. I mentioned to him where the clog was but he refused to consider what I'd said. Instead, he snaked the drain which subsequently punctured the pipe. The water level in the sink was lowered, he packed up and left. BUT the water did not go down a cleared drain, instead, out through the hole, resulting in a flooded tenant's kitchen below, a ruined ceiling and coat closet. He returned after my phone call and handed back my check payment with the advice I should call a plumber. I contacted him the following day and have received no reply. There's a lot to be considered: cost of the plumber, new kitchen ceiling, inconvenience to both myself and the tenant, and more. I'm sure that he and I could have arrived at a satisfactory conclusion to the matter - but there has been no response from the company. My advice to anyone dealing with Jeff's Drains is "you can do better, and probably will."

We had an incredible experience with Andrea in Miami! She took wonderful care of our 5-year-old son—she was on time, super friendly, kind, and incredibly patient. Her communication was excellent, and she was very flexible, which made everything so much easier for us. Our son absolutely loved her, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such great hands. She was hands-on and played with him, cooked him his favorite meal and when we got home they were happily chilling on the couch. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring babysitter!

ActiveCampaign is a platform going through a lot of growing pains. As an enterprise CRM user, I would expect short response times to issues that cripple deliverability. We have had a lot of issues in late 2021 and 2022 with platform availability. While this has improved in late 2022, a recent issue with deliverability due to an issue with ActiveCampaigns subdomains not authenticating properly with our domain (their issue) and a lack of response by support had highlighted why I can’t recommend them. We have used them for 3 years and support has fallen off. I would expect some communication on a ticket and follow ups but this hasn’t been the case, sadly.

What went right? NOTHING!Went to Lowes thisd aftyernoon to look at CFL light bulbs but didn't see any on the shelves. I did see 4 or 5 so called employees standing around socializing with one another though so I asked them if anyone was working in the lighting department, the girl said yes and she'd call someone - geuss it was too hard for her to help me.I waited for a reasonable period of time and no one turned up BUT those same so called employees were still standing around socializing with each other. I don't know why I was surprised as that seems to be the norm for this store HORNELL NY they can never be bothered helping anyone and there standard response to questions is "I'll call someone..."!!!! I thought walmart was bad but lowes has them beat by a mile or ten.I know a person who works at the store and they told me to submit a survey as that would impact on the store so when I got home I tried to do it BUT you had to buy something to be able to do the thing????? If you can't get any customer service (of any type) and for that reason don't buy anything - the survey is pointless.We were looking forward to lowes coming into Hornell, but now - even Home Depot would have been better AND Harbour Freight IS better in all respects! Lowes service is non existent and on the very few occassions I have managed to get anyone to help, they haven't had a clue about what I wanted with the exception of one or two people. It seems as though all the decent helpful people quit the place OR get sacked because they are too helpful or lodge complaints with lowes so called management.

IHG has a new "system" that has no means of confirming reservation cancellations. When I insisted that a document IDing the reservation and cancellation numbers be emailed, 2 sites' employees sent me personal emails!? So, if IHG screws up and a charge goes through, the customer has no recourse to dispute. I have to give my credit card number to reserve; they should have to reciprocate. IHG is probably hoping that most customers don't want to go the distance to dispute the charge and IHG will end up with the money in their pocket. What happened - did IHG develop a reservation info system with huge holes in it? I won't be staying at IHG until they change the process.
