I purchase a plan upgrading from $30 to $50 only to discover that it couldn't not work with hotspot within less than 36 hrs i call the store at 19199 Golden Valley Road , who state that they could upgrade if i showed up. When i did they ended up disconnecting the line and losing the $50 plan , after 3hrs and 3 esims i was told i had no option but to buy anew plan unless am willing to go away with my line dead and no plan till monday . Monday i was tossed between two people and by tuesday they started rejecting my calls and eventually by friday they had blocked it and was only going to voicemail . I call AT and T and the next thing i hear is they don't deal with issues from their agents and when i insist they tel me there is a no refund policy . Finally am given a ticket which turned out to belong to some one else , and an email belonging to the outsourced company in asia or india . The person on the other side hardly knew what happens in America and was eager to get me off the complaint . I feel the brand is too big for customers

Lately I've noticed a trend on Kickstarter of fraud projects. Kado, extremium, Commando Bag just to name a few that I backed personally. Kickstarter response is so pathetic on the quieres that clearly shows they don't care what happens to customer money once they have their 5% cut in their pocket. They simply copy paste a reply to every query "We are just a platform for the new projects, we are not responsible if they deliver" Does kickstarter do any kind of background check on these frauds?Is there any protection exists for customers backing their hard earned money on these frauds?

We ordered a laptop on 14th June and were told it would be delivered on 21st, money taken on 19th we recieved tracking...it didn't work, contacted them they said it would be delivered on Monday!! We then got a email Monday today they hadn't got one!!!! So no laptop but took payment! Spoke to them but no real help and didn't really care.So disappointed!

If you send them an email, the will not answer it. If you try to call them you have will go mad just by the different stages you have to go trough just to talk to a person. We’ve wasted +15 hours, + 10 calls multiple emails (and a lot of stress and frustration) with the Ikea customer support team. We’ve bought a conplete kitchen and assmebling services from Ikea in July 2024. The delivery abd assembling eas schedulled for the first week o November. This is when the nightmsre started. During our visit to the Kitchen design team we flagged our address eas wrong. We did the same in the following phone appointments.But still the pieces osf our kitchen wete delivered to a wrong address. Because we had already paid, the Kitchen department replied to all of my e-mails with “we can’t help you”, In parallel, the support via phone, from Customer Support, besides taking between 40 minutes to 1:30h to have someone on the line, it only helped creating a dossie, but no correct action was taken. More pieces were delivered to a wrong address. We have currently half of the kitche assembled, and the assembling company has jxut ingmfotmrd idcccc

I continually get messages from icloud stating I need to update my billing information. I have attempted over a dozen times to update my credit card on file to pay rental fees for icloud. But I always get a red flag message saying "this page is not safe to use". Now icloud is saying i will loose items stored there. I can't update my payment system. Icloud offers no way to make contact, phone calls go to the unknown and they do not respond to my request for help. I do not recommend icloud services.
