We have been trying to add our newborn baby to a flight for nearly 2 months. We have called or chatted daily and each time have been promised action/call backs. It has never come. We have also paid for this to be done THREE times with no action.Now today we are notified that they've changed the name of the passenger on our flight instead of adding a baby. We have asked for escalations repeatedly. People on live chat and phone calls do not have managers apparently. They have no option to transfer. We are completely stuck and have been ignored since day one.I should add that at the point of booking, we were told by the live chat agent that adding a child was simple and free.Baffling, incompetent, rude and a complete waste of time. The need to chase up and contact booking.com has been a huge amount of stress in the first weeks of our baby's life. I will never use booking.com again.This issue is ongoing. Signed up for ESPN thinking I'd watch NBA playoffs. Paid the money and tried to watch. Tells me I need a TV subscription ALSO. Called support. "You got ESPN+ which does not give NBA games. You have to take ESPN too." F them. I'll never use either and just wasted a total of 30 min.

AVOID... At all costs.. made a booking, they took my money, turned up at the hotel, no booking !! Tried to get hold of them on a phone, no joy, instead some chat bot. They then offered AGODACASH instead of a refund. Eventually got my money back from my credit card company - AVOID ....

they reply to any complaints you have with "this is not our problem" and just close the chat and don't let you do anything else. too 8€ out of my account and kept my account on "free" not premium, i complain and they say it's my phone's problem and close the chat. This is how they get rich people, go to apple music.

Really disappointed about the plateform's policy.My last comment (I asked chatGPT how many elephants Botswana had and he said they had between 130,000 and 150,000. So what's 40,000 to him? Danm! This man is really serious!) on a post saying that the president of Botswana had threatened to send them 40,000 elephants was deleted on the platform, as it would go against the guidelines.Since when does the platform forbid commenting on the buddies of accounts you follow? It looks a lot like censorship, and it's not the first time my comments have been removed even though they didn't offend anyone or violate any guidelines.

I am one of many who was deceived by Coursera regarding money. They advertised their service as if one could try it for free for a week. After using the service for three days, I realized it wasn't suitable for me. Despite canceling the service, Coursera still withdrew money from my account. They act unprofessionally and didn't even respond to my emails.
