Impossibly poor service

We have been trying to add our newborn baby to a flight for nearly 2 months. We have called or chatted daily and each time have been promised action/call backs. It has never come. We have also paid for this to be done THREE times with no action.Now today we are notified that they've changed the name of the passenger on our flight instead of adding a baby. We have asked for escalations repeatedly. People on live chat and phone calls do not have managers apparently. They have no option to transfer. We are completely stuck and have been ignored since day one.I should add that at the point of booking, we were told by the live chat agent that adding a child was simple and free.Baffling, incompetent, rude and a complete waste of time. The need to chase up and contact booking.com has been a huge amount of stress in the first weeks of our baby's life. I will never use booking.com again.This issue is ongoing.
