I am one of many who was deceived by Coursera regarding money. They advertised their service as if one could try it for free for a week. After using the service for three days, I realized it wasn't suitable for me. Despite canceling the service, Coursera still withdrew money from my account. They act unprofessionally and didn't even respond to my emails.
