I accept adverts as part and parcel of a on line newspaper, but when these adverts not only prevent you reading the story but also make it impossible to comment, they cease to be a newspaper. So after ten years commenting i now have given up, bye bye joke. No more important messages on dealing with fungal infections or life insurance.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AD FREE WATCHING

I signed up for ad free watching a few months ago. Not watched C4 for a while, and when I went to watch something a couple of weeks ago I was surprised to have to watch ads during the programme. Checked I was paid up to date and I was so I contacted them. They took about 2 weeks to reply and said that there was a technical problem that happened weekend of 26th September. Yet they still took my subscription on 27th September and 27th October. I notice that people can still sign up to the ad free subscription to find they are having watch ads. Surely until the issue is fixed they should not allow people to subscribe and for those of us that have they should have contacted us and offered refunds.I have cancelled and request a refund for my payment for October and November. When I cancelled I received a message that I could watch ad free until 27th November!!!!

They are THE WORST! They sent me the wrong product and then refused to replace it with the correct product. If I could rate them as 0 stars I would. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I hope someone reads this and decided NEVER to deal with Mashable.

In the last year and a month I have…

In the last year and a month I have purchased 2 Alienware pcs. One for my son in 2019 for Christmas and one this passed summer for myself. The computers are running great, I received both in the time they promised, both booted up perfectly fine. We play Rainbow Six, and occasionally COD2 multiplayer together. My son plays a lot of other games and uses his pc for school. He's studying graphic design.My 3 stars are for support. I purchased software that did not come installed. It was not in the "Alien Software Locker" which is where software would be to download. Support had no easy solution so it took weeks before I received links to download software. After months of use of software the "update" changes the software to one that requires a subscription. I would like to think that I should have the software I purchased and given an option for the update in addition to what I purchased. BUT the software is now locked as trial period. And the software I purchased is no longer accessible. Of course Dell can't do anything. When we call Dell or text chat with them it ends with nothing good.

i like it better than sephora because the people don’t attack you as soon as u walk in the door and they don’t follow u around and make u feel uncomfortable, as if their assuming i’ll steal. hate that feeling…although i’m pretty sure they don’t sell MAC unfortunately, could be wrong tho. they sell fenty and plenty other great brands

Look at the average for a company as large as Telstra 1.5 stars. The CEO of this company should be sacked. 1.5 stars and they think this is an acceptable achievement. 1.5 stars is appalling. How are people keeping there jobs at a 1.5 star rate. I mean U make billions of dollars a year yet U up your rates to your customers. There is no customer loyalty here. Look at your 1.5 star rating. That tells the country U are bending us over and screwing us all and there is not a thing we can do about it. Literally there is nothing we can do about it. But your pride in a 1.5 star rating is how your customers tell you how rotten to the core you are. 1.5 stars is a glowing advert at what you do as a company. It's shit. Do you think or could you even do better than a 1.5 star rating. I don't think you can and the people of Australia know you can. So let's see if WE THE PEOPLE can make this company a 1 star. U can't get lower as ¹ has to put something up there. So 1 star is Australia saying your a nothing. As a business that really should be alarming. We will see.
