Review of domestika
I purchased a single course during a promotional offer, but without my knowledge, I was automatically charged $251.60 AUD for an annual Domestika Plus membership. I never intended to subscribe, never used any Plus benefits, and contacted support immediately to request a cancellation and refund.I later discovered that this has happened to dozens of people, many of whom report the exact same issue. Domestika is clearly not being transparent about the conditions of these purchases, and this feels more like a deceptive business practice than an isolated mistake. So far, I’ve received no helpful response from their support team, and I’m seriously considering disputing the charge with my bank if I don’t get a refund. If this is not resolved, I will also report this practice to consumer protection authorities, because it’s unacceptable to mislead users into high-value recurring charges.I’m writing this to warn others: be extremely careful before buying anything on Domestika.
Review of agoda
Do not trust them. I seldom write reviews but this time they went too far. They stated the total price includes taxes and city tax, but after the hotel charged me for city tax, I reached out to Agoda to enquire, and their cusotmer service simply said "we regretted to inform you that we do not collect city tax and we cannot refund the part of the city tax (that they stated)". It is simply misleading and false advertising.
Review of udacity
This iOS course on Udacity was a solid learning experience. The content was well-structured and practical, helping me apply concepts in real projects. What really stood out, was the mentorship - personalized feedback for your homework. Highly recommended for anyone looking to strengthen their iOS development skills!

Visited buscot village and parked car in the national trust car park. Our car was stuck in the gravel for hours and had to get a towing company to get it out, it car was damaged due to this. National trust says they only compensate in cases where there is an injury or maybe death which means they wanted us to be hurt. Terrible response, never expected this from them. I am out of pocket due to their incompetence and no fault of mine. I had my kids with me and nothing to eat. Our day was ruined thanks to national trust.

Review of economist
I had a 1 year digital + print subscription, wanted to cancel but the customer service (chat) offered me to only cancel my print subscription and get +8 months on top of my one year subscription for the digital subscription. I accepted. My subscription changed to digital only (costs 50% less), but I was not reimbursed with +8 extra months. Basically I paid full price of print+digital but now only have a digital subscription. WORST scammers out there, now I will cancel and never return. If someone talks about the economist, I will always talk about this in order to warn people.
Review of domain
I disabled auto-renewal on my domain, but the domain provider still renewed it automatically. I contacted customer support, but they refused to issue a refund. Very disappointed with the service. I do not recommend using this provider.

Review of cengage
I can login in to the website easily but when I try to access the textbook THAT I PAID FOR the website refuses to load. I honestly feel scammed because I rarely access my textbook and when I do I can't copy anything I have to go through this round about way just to copy a few sentences into a google doc. I hate that my college uses the Cengage website for textbook access, Kindle is way better.
