I utilize Facebook for my business needs, but unfortunately, the customer service provided through their business suite is highly unsatisfactory. It requires significant effort to track down support, and even when contact is established, the assistance provided is inadequate. It stands as the poorest customer service experience I've encountered.

We were quoted $110 to clean our oven but charged $350 . Even though it was a terrible job. We tried to contact the company but they didn't respond. So we disputed with NAB the extra charge. After this Just Ovens charged us over several transactions $11000. So stay away

I have been an IHG member for almost 20 years staying at different hotels all over the U.S. What I am trying to understand is what is happening currently at these hotels... I usually stay at the Holiday Inn, right now in Southern California and Phoenix, Arizona. I can understand that IHG wants to give jobs to the people who enter our country illegally, but what I do not understand is why these people have been allowed to go into our rooms when a sign is up for them to not enter. I have even had one enter while I was there and had to literally yell at her to get out of my room during COVID no less. They usually serve us breakfast and I have dealt with such rudeness and disrespect along with one taking pictures of the guests. In Phoenix, one of them was hanging out on the second floor, at night, scattering every time I opened my door and then going through my stuff when I went to work. I ended up leaving early. These are nice hotels. Why are people not being hired who can be professional and respectful of their guests?!

Honestly the worst site to sell your items. There is no way to reason with them about anything. The customer service is disgustingly bad, truly the worst I've ever seen anywhere. Every time you try to chase up something you get a different customer service person who either doesn't have access to messages you've said or just can't read, hard to tell. They know nothing about actual real policies they're supposed to obey and wil let you get scammed over and over on both sides. Not helpful to buyers or sellers. I asked them to delete my account eventually and they refused, instead my account got apparently suspended and they charged a charge back from my account for an item that was sold 2 months ago. Absolutely broken system and everyone who works from them has no idea what they're doing. Not to mention there is no way to contact them outside of email. Truly appalling, how are they even still operating is crazy to me because it's so full of scams.

Don't purchase Seagate External Hard Drives...I did and regret it. My husband gave it to me for Xmas and less than a year later with only 13mb used! Lost my wedding photos and other docs. Their answer...purchase a recovery from them at over $600! Horrible customer service...go with another brand...Seagate does not deserve your business.

I was doxxed, and was getting death threats from another deviantart user. After they got an account strike from a DMCA I filed against them for stealing my art. Where deviantart gave this user my personal information. Even though they stated they wouldn't be giving my information to the person I filed the DMCA against. I filed a deviantart support ticket, and it's been three days with no response. Deviantarts customer support won't help me, and this deviantart users post doxxing me, and threatening my life is still up. They don't care about their users, and would rather the users of their sight feel unsafe.

I pre ordered a taxi TO THE AIRPORT two days in advance, just to find out at the time of pick up that “there is no driver available”. Just imagine how worried I was, keep in mind the airport was an hour away. Extremely disappointed, would never order from them again. This is truly unacceptable and unprofessional, I do not recommend, at least not for a long distance or if you’re in a hurry!

They evaluate you "mailing list" if it contains spam they immediately block your email campaign, but they don't tell you which emails the consider spam, nothing, just send you a message informing and that's what you get. If you have a 5k mailing list you should review email by email?

no matter how many times you send inbox phishing spam to junk folder and no matter how many times you send a report, you just keep on getting more spam in your inbox from the same sender!!And its ridiculous that you cant block the name of a spam sender in a block list with your android mobile. Especially when receiving multiple spam per hour.Outlook also hides the whole address of the spam sender in email header. Are they receiving a commission like from a certain BETONRED Casino??Also Outlook changes settings without your permission.
