I received a bill from paypal for a subcription on the 15th for Animoto. It was for $108.00 so I did not reconize the name and deceided to investigate this. The company has me down for a subcription for which they said I agreed to. I have never used the program other than a year ago for the free trial. Apparently they uped me for the subcription then and charged me the same $108 which I must have missed last year. That's old business now. However this year after getting the charge yesterday I sent them a letter explain I don't want the product. Now this is the same day. Animoto told me they do not give refunds, but said they would give me a special code to use the program for six months at a time! Nice of them. On the same day I contacted PayPal to see what they will do if anything. After reading this I hope any future purchaser or user will cease, as they are in for poor CS service.

Does not follow Canadian Spam Act Laws. Ignores its own notification preferences on your account and continually bombards you with spam. You can turn off all the email notifications on your account and the service will still bombard you will multiple emails daily.It's a spam service, and the constant notifications to purchase a subscription in order to view my name mentions are complete lies designed to make you pay for non-existing papers. It's a scam. It violates Canada's spam laws.

Premium rate texts were sent to me to confirm a booking made online via the internet. No mention of charges, but found out when receiving mobile bill. You will even be charged to cancel the texts! Do not book a table with OpenTable. Call the restaurant directly. Avoid.

Very rude and unprofessional shopping assistant, Eric, working at El Corte Ingles in placa Catalunya on the 2nd floor ( Calvin Klein). On 7 December at 17.36 I came to buy some presents for my brother then Mr Eric came to me and in a very rude way said that I should put clothing back on the hangers. I was taking pants off the hanger to compare them to others ( size). I never saw such rude assistant in spain.

I ordered some items from the shop worth over £50, and despite being well packaged, a jar of jam was damaged and had leaked. I contacted them on 26/9/22 using the customer care email address noted on the invoice and provided photographic evidence. I heard absolutely nothing, so I contacted them again on 10/10/22 and again, I have heard absolutely nothing. This is really poor service and as a result, I cannot recommend and won't use National Trust again.

AVG Has Kept Me Safe For Over 2 Decades, I Learned My Lesson Many Moons Ago, Not Just The Loss Of Data, But Hard Drives As Well. It Was AVG Free That Was Able To Remove The Blaster Virus When Other Vendors Couldn't Even Identify It, Let Alone Remove It. Needless To Say I Had Lost 5 Hard Drives Full Of Data, And Only 2 Of Them Was I Able To Format, The Other 3 Became Paper Weights For A Long Time. I Have Not Had 1 Virus In Over 2 Decades Of Using AVG, Only A Fool Would Switch Vendors Now.
