The worst customer service ever! After buying a washing machine via their website, it arrived damaged. The delivery guy took the old machine we had before refusing taking back again the damaged one that he brought. After I called and called 100 of times in their service they finally took the damaged machine, but they were not able to replace with an appropriate one. 2 weeks without washing our clothes, spent working days to stay home to wait the deliveries, service rude without respect. It is a shame this brand to hire people like that! They damage the brand reputation. Finally they offered us a ridiculous gift card for the struggles we had for the issue, but they never sent that gift card! I have replied many times that email, but never received a feedback. Shame on You Samsung Electronics and the incompetent staff you hire that drop the phone conversation to the client without clarifying. Do not make the mistake people to buy in this website. Try to go to resellers.
