Ridicoulsy company that's full of scammers. Even when you provide evidence, you end up arguing with their so called customer service that the seller is a scammer. It's amazing how these scammers can just a tracking code and claim they sent it when it clearly shows they haven't. Don't recommend in the slightest, it's a hive of scammers scum who get protected by depop.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews about their billing practices and my heart goes out to people who go through frustrating experiences. With that being said, my experience is that this is a great interface for testing how my website looks on different devices. I wouldn't be able to do it without them. My problem has more to do with my site not loading on some of the test results. I'm not sure if it is my site's load speed that is causing the issue. I will optimize my website load time and then come back and edit this review. Other than that I am very pleased with this product.

We were on 30 days trial. The trial was about to expire but things didn't work correctly. Tableaus aggressive onboarding team made me sign for a one-year contract anyway. They promised to support us until everything works. But that did not happen. So I talked to them. Someone seemed to understand and said, he'd cancel the invoice and give us another trial and hopes, thins will work. After a few months, it worked indeed. So we purchased again. But: we never got a license even we already paid. Statement: the old invoice needs to be paid. So although we have a written confirmation, that the invoice is cancelled, tableau didn't cancel and now we have no money and no license. Very sad company. The product might be great but the philosophy horrible.

The Spectator fail to specify (in their Terms and Conditions, confirmation email or the subscription details on their own site) when the auto-renewing payment will be withdrawn. If you sign up for the free trial the payment will be taken 2 weeks after you subscribe, even though the free trial is for 4 editions; that is, 4 weeks. When I experienced this, after some back and forth via email, I pointed them towards the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and that resulted in The Spectator issuing the refund I requested.

My luggage was irreparably damaged by their baggage handlers whern I arrived at my destination. I had a dent and a gauge or hole in my luggage. They said the dent was normal wear and tear but the hole was their liability. Do they gave me a voucher for $50 for a future flight. I took my luggage and the repair person said it was not repairable. I complained through Better Business Bureau and this time Southwest went back on their orginal statement and said this was normal wear and tear. So I am out a lot of money for a new bag. Southwest does not really save you money for any money I saved on the flight will be spent on new luggage. I will never fly Southwest again. I had a similar incident a long time ago with Delta where they put an irreparable hole in my luggage and they paid me for a new bag. Delta maybe more expensive but they are at least honest.
