I have been a customer for 3 years and then I sold my business so I had no need for their service anylonger. I asked them kindly to refund me for the 3,5 months that I had left on my annual plan but they refused to do this. I do not think that's taking care of their customers in a good way.

I find that the software is not very intuitive and many times have to research how the apply a particular feature. I get very frustrated because of the lack of live support to resolve my issues, and experienced delays waiting for answers to my questions that always turns out to be multiple emails back and forth disrupting my other work flows to address calendly when a simple phone call could resolve the entire issue. Instead it could take me days to resolve issues due to scheduling priorities.

This provider will be more than aware of what your download caps are - to let a user get through X amount of their download and then enforce a paywall is just poor.You will have already known going in to starting the download that I wasn't going to have a higher enough "Transfer Quota" to complete it, so why even let me start it.Even after the 6 hour cool down is completed - you still may face issues.Given all the storage providers that exist on the market today, I have a hard time parting with money for a provider that acts in this manner.

The worst experience with this location at 1166 N State St, Chicago. On 7/31/20, we placed an order for entire family online for delivery and we got 12:04 PM time. Waited and waited, finally called customer support. The customer service told me that the order was delayed, but picked up at 1:19 PM by Doordash and is on the way. Kept on waiting, now 2 hours past the promised delivery time. Called support again after 2 PM, the new rep told me that our order was cancelled by the Chipotle location! After 2 hours of waiting, without even telling us, how can they just cancel our order? Don't they care about loyal customers who have been kept hungry by them for over 2 hours? Unbelievable! I asked the rep to talk to a supervisor, but he kept playing the delay game and told me that a supervisor will call within 24 hours. I repeatedly told him that we are all hungry, but he didn't care. My gift card was charged for this order and still not credited. Needless to say, we never got that call from supervisor. I cannot comprehend how Chipotle can let this location abuse loyal customers like this. People order food when they are hungry. Letting them wait for 2 hours, let alone cancelling order after that without their consent is not only irresponsible, but abuse of the trust put in their brand. We are still Chipotle fans, but I would like to hear from someone in their organization why this happened and how they will win back our trust.Rude, racist, arrogant customer service

I absolutely love this app! Been using It for a year now. Its UI and design Is great and simple to navigate. Even the free version is great! (Like actually) The free version saved me from so many scam webpages and even a command prompt bat file.It has a free 30 day trial and I reccomend this app over every single other Antivirus app. Especially since you are getting high protection without paying a cent. Its low on my cpu only using about 0.3 - 0.8% and only about 300 RAM. Its good for low end PCs too! Overall this app Is great and I give it 5 stars

I did a wire transfer online via the WF app. During the process I have been given codes to verify my ID. At the end I got a text confirming the wire and an email saying it was initiated. That at 12.04 pm well before the 2pm deadline. Later I checked online my account and noticed that the wire was not listed. I call 3 times the Customer Service and I was transferred to the Fraud Department which told me my ID had to be verified again...by phone in the next two business days. Pathetic...But they said I could go to a local branch and get my ID verified. I did that and a baker called in front of my to confirm my ID. I was listening and I was told that the wire was OK. At 9 pm I got another email saying it was delayed. So I called again and was told it will be done Monday. I think WF should review the way it dealswith the Customer. Clearly their online system is not working and the Customer Service is only a joke. I have been client since 2014. Time to move to another bank. G Cadringher

Almost all the products that I have had from this company have been long lasting and very sturdy. Incredibly well made, however the old IR wireless keyboard and mouse from some years back was not very well made.
My wireless Bluetooth keyboard however is fantastic and all the wired mouses that I have owned over the years, being replaced due to wanting a change and not due to any faults or issues. Superb company at very reasonable prices

Just a warning if you are thinking of buying at XPS laptop .. After a few year the carbon-like plastic cover around the keyboard, will become very sticky. Search and you will notice that Dell dont care about the problem. $3500 (25000Dkr) laptops turns into useless sticky board that cause everything to fastens around the keyboard. Arrgh.
