I did a wire transfer online via the WF app. During the process I have been given codes to verify my ID. At the end I got a text confirming the wire and an email saying it was initiated. That at 12.04 pm well before the 2pm deadline. Later I checked online my account and noticed that the wire was not listed. I call 3 times the Customer Service and I was transferred to the Fraud Department which told me my ID had to be verified again...by phone in the next two business days. Pathetic...But they said I could go to a local branch and get my ID verified. I did that and a baker called in front of my to confirm my ID. I was listening and I was told that the wire was OK. At 9 pm I got another email saying it was delayed. So I called again and was told it will be done Monday. I think WF should review the way it dealswith the Customer. Clearly their online system is not working and the Customer Service is only a joke. I have been client since 2014. Time to move to another bank. G Cadringher
