No star for hotels.com. Ridiculous ppl at least Mohammed and Alexander. They kept talking my and saying we will try to do something and then just said they can’t help me with my reservation at all. They didn’t even think of giving us a complimentary night. Nothing and the hotel that was booked was a crappy hotel with messed up smelly carpet but hotel.com don’t even care
