I ordered a pair of boots in February for $81.17. On February 19th they sent me a pair of Steve Madden sandals instead. The boots were reordered on this date and I was also given a $5 refund. I returned the sandals in the store on February 20th. I no longer wanted the boots so I returned them on March 4th. I received a $76.17 refund less the $5. On March 12th they illegally went in my bank account and took $76.17 for no reason. I called on March 13th and was told my money would be refunded. I called March 20th and was told my money would be refunded. I called March 26th and told my money would be refunded. My money was taken for no reason. They have their boots and my money. They keep refusing to give my money back that doesn’t belong to them.

I would give them zero stars if I could, same as others; they sent a message saying that the renewal was due, which I never received, and I got a 269.37 euro charge for improvements I do not see relevant. I contacted them the same day, and they refused to refund me. They are sociopaths, no doubt. Please, do yourself a favour and avoid that FRAUDELENT company, full of crap.

Ordered home testing kits but when it came to registering them the security check didn't work (you, know, the bit where you tick all the lamp-posts) wasted 10 minutes thinking I had done it wrong, then another 25 minutes on the phone trying to get it sorted while the women on the other end had an error tooAlso - why the need to ask so many questions that I've already answered when ordering the tests - what has my ethnic background got to do with registering the testYet more proof that this is a outdated organisation that shouldn't be responsible for holding our data

Great site, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT UNLESS YOU CHAT IN JAPANESE. I ordered a $100 worth of Japanese books which got delayed and possibly lost in the mail. My order showed that I could ask for an immediate refund BUT the English-speaking customer service emailed to say that I needed to contact the shipping service directly and that "If they tell you that they lost your package, then please have them contact us directly at Amazon.co.jp." Really? Japanese-speaking chat service refunded me immediately.

I understand your business model is working under "freemium" whereby everyone is free to use/try.
But then at first I tried out Typeform for the offered package no longer exist. Example, to include typeform closing button which link back to my company's URL.
Anyway, I do impressed with the capability of viewing typeform at all devices and I do hope I will found out the cool usage and purchase for the "pro" package.

I love being able to stream/download any song at any time. It is also nice that since you have the ability to download a song you are able to listen to music anytime and not have to worry about using your data at the same time! I also love that you have access to the newest songs and albums that are released. There are no annoying ads and it also has playlists already created so you are able to discover new artists.

The product that I intend to buy is clearly described and the price is good value for money. I already have a previous Sunday Missal from Redemptorist Presses (hard copy), and have found its contents and lay-out most useful - a gift for our people. This new version once again comprehensively covers the Prayers, Scripture Texts, and choice of Eucharistic Prayers for every Sunday throughout the year, plus supplementary guidance on liturgy and spirituality.
