Two weeks ago on a Sunday late afternoon. I went in I also have a walker. I' disable I says to this employee AVA very sweet lovely. I said can you please help me buckle this shoe. She totally help me very nice. I got great from the entire staff. The 2 young adults at cash register. So nice help me open the door.DSW In Daly city. Truly by far that Sunday afternoon that entire staff went out of their way for me being 62 walker.amazing awesome staff.

My Target Circle Card had fraudulent charges. I have called, waited on hold more 5 times with each call, filled out a questionnaire which they can't even verify they received. I cancelled the account due to lack of security. I received a bill for the fraudulent charges and a new card. This has been going on for a month. Now the 4th supervisor I spoke to today hung up on me after telling me it could take up to 60 days. This is deplorable.

I had HP ink subscription for years, I have printed about 40 pages in that time out of an allowance of about 1200 hundred. Now I've unsubscribed they disable the ink cartridge which is fair enough, they didnt say that would happen though, or they didn't make it clear. Never buying any HP product again.

The single worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered.Following a simple name change, I tried to update my account. 5 days later and I now have no access to the funds. I can’t sell, withdraw, transfer externally or even pay with crypto, the system simply won’t let me.When I voice this to their “specialists”, I’m met with nameless robotic responses and unverified wait times. I’m then interrogated a day later for the same information. I requested contact details to lodge a formal complaint six seperate times before they agreed, they just deflected, ignored and flat out refused to accept this before. F you Crypto.com you thieving fraudsters.

I just cannot get any reasonable support from this company. They don't answer emails when I ask for help (yes I am paying $ monthly for this product!!!!) , the Q&A sessions have too many participants so that doesn't help me much either.I cannot do "easy" things on it and just cannot get answers. Of course, now I have invested a lot of hours in creating and putting data into my database so I hate to quick and start all over with another product. This SOOOOO SUCKS!!!!Jane Connor

Binance makes getting your money out of their platform harder and harder with every update to the point where successfully navigating their maze-like menus is not possible without contacting support. Support is not professional and poorly trained. This is probably due to the fact that they get laid off every year so Binance can avoid paying out yearly bonuses.Do not put your money on this app.

About a month ago, I was dealing with a series of issues with my phone — first, the screen got smashed, then water got into it, and to top it off, I forgot my Apple ID password (which was going to take days to reset)… and that’s not even the full list. I took my phone to the White City branch, where Sadiq and Cong helped me through what was honestly a pretty frustrating time (seriously, being without a decent phone for a few days felt like a big deal!).They handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. Every problem I had was addressed and resolved promptly, and in the end, my phone was fully replaced with a brand-new version of the same model.The customer service team did an outstanding job — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s no wonder they’re called Geniuses. A big thank you to the whole team!
