About a month ago, I was dealing with a series of issues with my phone — first, the screen got smashed, then water got into it, and to top it off, I forgot my Apple ID password (which was going to take days to reset)… and that’s not even the full list. Every problem I had was addressed and resolved promptly, and in the end, my phone was fully replaced with a brand-new version of the same model.The customer service team did an outstanding job — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
