i wouldnt even give one star if i could. it is an absolute nightware to deal with shopify customer service. no phone number. chatting with jhon yes jhon for over an hour to resolve and account issue where a trial account was upgraded automatically and also an app fee applied. its been over 6 months since i just looked at shopify to see if i wanted to use it. i decided no and moved on. now i have a huge bill and cant login to verify my account so that they can help. ive used 3 different browers and still cant verify the account for a security reason. Jhon keeps telling me to do that same thing over and over. now he says to wait a minute so he can check with the accounts team. so ive been chatting with useless level 1 tech for over an hour so he can kill time while being on the clock probably. lord help me
